I probably would have given 4 stars if not for the highly inpersonal door host they have. Not that he was particularly rude or anything, but that guy is definitely not a greeter. Absolutely no emotion, no energy, no charisma. Just seems like he's miserable to just be there. Not sure of his name, tall AA gentleman, glasses I believe. It would behoove the place to have someone who enthusiastically greets guests and gets them in the mood to have a nice family time. Food was above average, drinks were excellent, waiter was good. Just the host ruins it. Please hire someone who doesn't seem so miserable.
We were staying at a nearby hotel and ordered via Door Dash. The California Chicken and Turkey Burger with both steak fries and sweet potato fries were pretty good, but not very hot. The containers the food came in had large vents, so it’s easy to see why it was only slightly warm. I was really disappointed with the mozzarella sticks, every single one was empty. They were overcooked and the cheese melted out.Door dash was great and arrived quickly.
Staff was once again super friendly and helpful. Very attentive. Really did the bottomless floats justice, never got through a single one before the next arrived lol. Food was quick and hot. Loved the onion rings as always. Burgers are a must. Even the kids food is quality not just something out of a cheap box. Will keep happily coming back here. Kids balloon popped, staff had another one to her before I could even ask! Hah.
Showed up late (bad service at another restaurant, last minute choice to eat here) almost left because no one was upfront and we waited. Got seated, and waited even more. Server was busy, but friendly, got drinks and mozzy sticks ordered. Things were pretty slow moving, even close to closing time, got food ordered. I went to the restroom and noticed a large pooling of water(?), almost slipped in it; not a good thing for someone who gets around with a cane. Food was average, same as other Red Robins in other states. Had to ask for bill and napkins, also no silverware given. It's understandable with the current economy, but what I paid for vs. what I got; there's way more choices out there.
My wife and I showed up and were sat immediately. We were in a back corner. However the restaurant was nearly empty, pretty much only 2 or three other tables sat. We sat for 15 minutes and had no one showed up to take our drink or food orders. The hostess even saw us there a few times and no one showed up still. We left and all the hostess had to say was "Have a good day." I don't know for sure but felt like we were intentionally ignored. Very shocked seeing the rating for this restaurant if this is how they normally conduct business, which I hope they don't. Going to be hard to come back after that.
We stopped here to give it a try. Staff was friendly and serive was fast. Loved the onion rings they were so good I had the red Robin burger it was very good next time I will not get the pickle relish it was fine but I didn't like it on my burger. My son had a burger with fries their fries are so good. Price was fair. Would stop again.
The service was good but the burgers were awful. They were thin patties and burnt. I remember when Red Robin was a place to go for good food. Thick juicy burgers and the prices were worth it. I'm disappointed by what they are serving. Burger King's burgers would have better then what is served there now. Red Robin, I won't ever go back.
Understanding it was busy the service was slow our server greeted us with what can i get you to drink. Food was cold old bacon and very crispy crunchy overseasoned fries. Not enthused as ive worked red robin in Washington and that store was way busier
Our waitress was super sweet and so was our hostess that seated us , felt very welcome and service n food was outstanding, thank you for the awesome experience
we are in town due to my child having surgery my husband got my black n blue burger to go all toppings supposed to be on the side they were not 74 $ lunch was blah your tables are so close together and the wait for my burger was far to long and over cooked it was awful my daughter and husband didn't even eat there left overs
