food was left under heat lamp to long it was dried out seafood and took over 30 minutes to get food

I had never been to Red Lobster before but I wanted to take my nephew for his birthday to have fresh lobster. They were out of live lobsters when we got there, but decided to overlook that and just get the lobster tails; they were very small tails and my nephew's was hard and burnt in a few spots. We ordered two appetizers, but the seafood spinach dip came practically with our food, loterally a minute before our entrees arrived and it did not get eaten because the flavor was off. Needless to say, we weren't overly impressed with our overall experience. However the biscuits and calamari were exceptional and almost made up for the other disappointments. I would say the value and quality was not on target. Not sure that I'll return again.

As with many restaurants the staffing is not optimal since COVID.

I mean when your kids want to take you to enjoy seafood for your birthday... You can't say no. This place is quite a commute for my family, but it was 100% worth it!We arrived just before 8, but the staff gladly found us a seat. Our waiter was a wonderful young man that knew the menu spot on. Considerate, and patient. He was able to get us all what we ordered quickly, but let us take our time to enjoy our meal. It was a blast.

My sweetie and I love a ways from here so we don't make it to Sioux falls often. We try to eat here at least 2 times a yr. I can HONESTLY say that we have NEVER left here feeling dissatisfied or disappointed. We generally go for a late lunch and I can't remember the waiter's name, which is horrible!, but we actually have had him take care of us at least the last 3 times we dined. Anyways the waiter was/is a DAMN GOOD server! I highly recommend a lunch visit to anyone reading this! ??

Very friendly staff. The wait was a bit long but they are short staffed (just like everyone else) so I understand. First time in my adult life going to a Red lobster and I was definitely impressed! Will be returning.

The serving staff was attentive and wonderful however we called ahead to let them know we would be there at 6 with a party of 8. They kept telling us 15-20 minutes but we waited an hour and a half. They sat several large parties in front of us and we finally had to speak to a manager in order to get a table. It was for a birthday so pretty disappointing and a waste of time.

There was not priority seating as described. I even told host I had made “reservation” on Open Table when we check it. We waited 50 minutes- I went back to host stand and asked again where we were In the line as I saw several others get seated that checked in WAY after us. Their seating software is a joke… many unhappy guests last night. The food lacked any sort of basic seasoning on all items.

Used open table for call ahead seating and was seated within 10 minutes upon arrival. Service was great and food was excellent.
