Can't eat cheese? Don't want cheese on your nachos? Be prepared to get charged more. I can't have cheese but I love nachos! Unfortunately if I want chips and meat but no cheese you get charged more for less! That seems incredibly backwards.I used to be able to order nachos with the queso on the side so that I didn't have to pay extra for the chips, but now I'm forced to pay extra for the chips sans any Queso, which I didn't want to begin with. I love the food here, but the circus of hoops for me to order something I can eat is a huge problem for me.
I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice, lettuce, cheese, queso, and tortilla strips and the bowl wasn’t even filled half way.
Qdoba is hands down a much better choice than Pancheros or Chipotle! I would rather drive out of my way to go to Qdoba then to eat at any of its competitors! I am very pleased with the addition of the beef brisket, it tastes amazing and I will be back even more than usual!
Person taking my order didn't even ask about rice or beans or queso on my tacos, just pushed it down the line, and then after my son ordered and finished his order said come on man after his order was done and had to explain to him that was the extent of his order. Won't be coming here again
Come in for the wait and stay for the passive aggressive customer abuse. I put in an online order on Sunday for pick up at 12:25. I popped in at 12:24 and have no problem waiting they looked busy.At 12:45 I approached the counter and an employee, which I named in my customer complaint, half yelled at me 10 feet away what I needed. I told him my order. Did not bother to look at me, did not greet me in any other way. He informed me that the family meals are not set out with the regular meals, but mine was not ready anyways. Did not bother to give me a wait time just promptly ignored me again. So I love standing there awkwardly waiting. at 12:52 he came out with my meal, not a "hey sorry about the wait" just nothing. Again my complaint is about the eye rolling and bad customer experience. He really should get another job if he hates it here so much. He would be much happier in life.I used to work in the service industry so I get it, but to call me out then ignore me was just a weird and uncomfortable experience.I miss the pre covid employees so much here! I have been a regular since 2007 when I moved in from college.
Went there and felt like the employees who we're all grouchy, slow, and irriating we're telling how I want my burrito. I should tell them what i want in my burrito and they serve it. However they were making my burrito their way with the size of serving they wanted. No!! If I want double meat do it. Not 2 half servings because you can't wrap a burrito. I ended up paying for 4 servings. Idc about the price. Make my burrito the way I want it without an attitude please. Im paying for it not you.
Delicious food, full of flavor, pretty much any combo is guaranteed to be good, love this place.
Absolutely horrible experience. Got here 1 hour before close, walked in and they had all rice, beans, and meats moved away and were cleaning the dirty water under it shaking a scrubber around getting the nasty water everywhere. Had to be the ones to initiate conversation with employees after waiting since they wanted to clean. Then just had a person ring up our order and walk away. If I'm paying 22$ for two burritos (one had extra chicken) I'd like at least some level of care. With that price I'd be better of going to a sit down restaurant where I'd get treated with respect.
Great food and hospitality. Clean. Quick service, worth the stop compared to high majority of fast food
This location used to be fantastic, but not so much anymore. I'm not sure if it's a management change or general staff change but the service is mediocre at best and the staff give you portions like it's coming out of their paycheck. You'd be better off going to one of the other two locations in town.
