Food was good! Customer service horrible. Bunch of guys working and they were more interested in the young teenagers walking in then helping the customers that were in there. Dirty tables and had to ask multiple times for things for my order. When we placed our order the gentlemen clearly told the guy at the register what we ordered because he was supposed to get it ready. AThe guy at the register wasnt paying attention because I had to ask for both the Mac n cheese and soup 2 different times. Last time we went, we had excellent service so maybe this was an off experience.
Food was very good. Meats were tasty. Oreo shake was excellent. I guess my only complaint was that I'm not a toasted Italian sub person. I like cold cut subs untoasted. The bread used for the subs does not taste good untoasted My girlfriend had hers toasted and it was way better than mine. Overall though the experience was good and I'll definitely come back for a steak sub. And another Oreo shake!!
Best sandwich in Sioux Falls. Very friendly staff and sandwiches were delicious.

Best sandwich I've had in a long time! Popped in today to finally give you guys a try and was not disappointed! Great customer service; we asked for a strawberry shake and even though the machine was down they still went out of their way to make one. We got the Turkey Avo and A Wreck with baked potato soup and it was all hot and delicious! We were very impressed with everything and will definitely be back soon. Keep up the great work!!!
I made a mistake and had accidentally ordered food for pick up when I meant delivery. I called and they immediately offered to deliver it. Because I ordered online, there was no delivery fee. When he showed up I didn’t have any extra cash to offer him. I had tipped him when I ordered it, but would’ve tipped him again had I had the cash. Potbelly went above and beyond today and I hope they know how much I appreciated it. Thank you so much.
I had the soup (Cheddar Broccoli) and sandwich (Turkey Avo) special. It was hot and very good!!
Best sandwich in Sioux Falls. Had to change this as the value is no longer very good, 40% price increase over $40 for 4 small subs with waters now.
Usually it's pretty good for a sandwich shop. Unfortunately, we found out what happens when Potbelly decides to serve dried out sandwich bread. They crumble! Quite sad...
