Horrible service. Just visited and they were incredibly rude when I was just asking basic questions. Then when I pull up and asked about getting sauces because I was never asked, they told me that I need to go back through the line and reorder those because they cost. The line was wrapped around the building and they didn't even run my card yet!! Well I pay for the extra sauces and they only gave me one. Never going again and I'm not the only one with complaints. Go to the facebook page for the Popeyes on E 10th St in Sioux Falls SD. There are MANY. They need a ton my training because they don't care and are giving Popeyes a horrible reputation.
Kid at the drive thru was rude. Checked our order and it was wrong. Also found the mac and cheese looked nasty. Brought the it back in to get the correct sandwiches and some fresh mac. First girl was even more rude than the drive thru kid. She said "that's what the mac and cheese looks like". Then she went back to her manager who was also rude. The next person in line also was coming in to get their order corrected. Disappointed. I know help is hard to get these days but that experience really sucked. Lots of places to go in Sioux Falls instead of here for chicken!!
Do not recommend. Love a good spicy chicken sandwich from pop eyes but the experience is not worth it. Every worker seems to be rude like they don't want to be there. Manager has yelled at me over the intercom for trying to do two separate orders even though I've done them atleast 20 times before claiming they were to busy. There was one car in front of us and the inside did not look busy at all. Will not give my money to a place like this.
I love some good fried chicken tenders! I grew up in the south and so this is as close as we can get to fried chicken now. I went one afternoon when they were slow and has an awful experience. The sides were both cold and stale (mac and cheese looked like it started to curdle)! Everything was dirty and uncleanly. And the staff was yelling the whole time. I would not recommend going here anytime soon.
Order 12 piece nuggets with hot sauce. I had to go back for the hot sauce and realized when I got home there was only 9 nuggets. The chicken I did get was dry, it was not fresh.
The sodas were wrong and there was only about 3 items available as well as and to make matters worse the cashier that took my order looked like a unhealthy chipmunk, i would of been better off going to mcdonalds and or burger king and your competitors offer a full menu even 20mins before close but not popeyes.. never coming back unfortanetly especially because idk if im comfortable with being served by a chipmunk look alike it might have flees or mites.
ordered a rare meal for my family and paid over $40 for a meal, chicken was warm at best and the outside hard for sitting in the warmer too long not a good purchase and wont go here again
The Mac n cheese was burnt and mushy like it had been sitting in a pan all day. They over cooked my pies also. Quality is a big thing for a restaurant, it is what keeps customers from coming back. I however will not be ordering from this location again.
On 1/31/22 This was delivered by DoorDash, Popeyes was out of the sweet tea and replaced with sprite per phone call but the vessel which carried the drink left the sprite with a heavy plastic taste which made it undrinkable. The food itself was good and actually more biscuits than I thought came with the meals but I think the drink issue is something that needs to be addressed immediately.
Drive thru employee got into an argument with me because I didn't state my order perfectly. Sorry kid it was my first time at popeyes, but don't worry I won't be back.
