Good selection of American classics like fried chicken, salad bar, and pizza but during the slower days food seems to sit out for a very long time without replacement. For example the biscuits were rock solid on the last visit. Workers leave tables to talk and only come by to clear plates every 15-20min. Arcade area doesn't usually have a counter worker and hunting one down can be difficult for those interested in playing some of the games. Overall plenty of options but workers are a bit sparse and food doesn't seem to be well kept even for a buffet.
So disappointing. They advertise in a major Hotel chain located 5 minutes from. the hotel. Ordered pizza and 80 minutes later we got cold pizza and warm soda. Not recommending them at all. Dinner at the bar next to Hotel would very better.
Very clean and tidy location. This was my first time visiting this Pizza Ranch. We went for a work lunch and we had an enjoyable time! Buffet was full and fresh - thank you for a great experience!
I've always liked Pizza Ranch. This would be the place that's I've gone to for evy activity type thing. When they close at 7, its a little disappointing because people get off at 5 and want to go eat. Having the buffet close that early is just bad.
The host who was welcoming everyone in was amazing so upbeat, turned my frown into a smile. He had the same upbeat attitude as he was bringing out special requests. We need more guys like him. Sorry I didn't catch his name.
I was told 10 to 15 minutes for buffet. Waited in car for a hour, and didn't get the phone notification that was promised. If theu don't want the business they should just say so.
We love Pizza Ranch and the buffet is the perfect choice to meet all our cravings!Their new Sweet Chili pizza just became my favorite! But what makes this restaurant on 10th street—5 star— is their STAFF/CREW hand down! Everyone there is working together to give outstanding service. The restaurant is always clean and the crew is always delivering great food, and great service/experience! Thank you!
Food was was just barley warm. Waited for pasta & was never replenished for the kids. Alot of money not great service & food has been better in the past but not this time.
Kids eat free on Tuesdays! This place has nice ambiance and I have to say that the clown game in the arcade is therapeutic for my hatred and utter disgust of clowns. I enjoy throwing the balls at them and knocking them down, but they always get back up. Taunting me. I almost went insane playing it once, but then I realized the clowns aren't real and it's just the clown laughter in my brain that was slowly driving me further into madness.Great mashed potatoes and biscuits. Pretty good chicken. Most of the pizza is OK, but nothing I would write home about. I always enjoy making a root beer float to get my sugar rush before I down those clowns. Staff is friendly and helpful, but they do ask you to stop yelling at the clown game because there are usually children and families in the arcade, and emotional outbursts scare them away.
Nice hot food. Didn't have many pizzas out at the time we were there.
