The food is decent at this Pizza Hut, but the customer service is poor. The woman behind that counter looked rude and acted low class. After picking up my carry out order she did not smile, offer napkins/condiments, or even say thank you. This store needs a lesson in manners and customer service. I'm not returning here again. You shouldn't either.

order got here sooner than the ETA and the driver found my front door.(opposite end to address) The Foot was hot and had to let it cool a little but that's not a complaint by any means. Always order from them and highly recommend them! ❤ you Pizza Hut!!
Ordered a large pizza, went to pick it up, they said they had run out of large crusts, so prepared and gave me 2 mediums instead. How great was that.....they went the extra mile for a satisfied customer. Thank You!
I was so excited to get my stuffed crust pepperoni pizza that I’ve been craving for so long and when we got our order it was a half and half of pep/cheese with no stuffed crust!! I immediately called this location and spoke with a male who answered the phone and proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. I told him I can send over the receipt that clearly states I ordered a stuff crust. He was pushy to get off the phone and just kept repeating he can credit the order or send out a new pizza but it will take over 1 1/2hrs. I asked for the manager and to my surprise he claimed that his name was Anthony and he is manager. Well … our family got stuck with this nasty cold pizza that we didn’t even order and I didn’t get my stuff crust! I will never order from this location again. It’s so sad how there is no good customer service left anywhere.
There was an issue with the Supreme pizza. It can on thin crust. It was ordered online, a wrong button much have been it. I take responsibility for the error. When I called the store explained what happened the women snapped at me and said if I was nice she would give me a pizza. I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager. I asked for corporates phone number and her name. She refused to tell me. She hung up on me I called back and she left me on hold. Would not answer. My husband and I own several business. We had decided to have pizza hut cater for us. I was planning on calling the store today to see if next Friday we could arrange to have pizza delivered for the Christmas party. We would need 110 pizzas. However after the service I received last night we are going with Dominos.
My order was ready in a short period of time - made fresh and tasted great!
This Pizza Hut was the worst yet. We travel for work, so we get Pizza Hut often. This location had all of the pizzas wrong. The 2 bbq ones had onions(I am allergic) with little sauce. The chicken Alfredo had not enough sauce to even know it was Alfredo and the cheese one had no extra cheese. The only amazing thing was the Cinnabon rolls…
I would suggest that the employees keep their comments to themselves instead of talking badly about a customer just 10 ft away and loud enough for me to hear. I felt very disrespected especially after I initially opted in for curbside pickup and left a tip and noticed they were busy so I choice to go inside only to be disrespected in front of my face without it being directed towards me specifically. The food was delicious as usual, but the employees need some better guidance.
The pizza and breadsticks were cold when they got here. Our delivery driver had a hard time locating our apartment building. Although he did have the good sense to call me for assistance! Employees at this Pizza Hut are always pleasant and courteous!
