Horrible customer service, wow! Ordered a pizza so bad we threw it away upon inspection when i arrived with it at home from picking it up. Called, complained, was told I’d receive a $12.99 credit applied to my account linked to my phone number. Called two days later to give it another try, was told they were closed at 6p?? So I called the other location on South Louise, which also receives a one star rating from me, and was argued with, told that credits don’t transfer store to store and hung up on?? Where is the respect and customer service skills? So I get a bad pizza, complain about it and then get told I have a credit, and then can’t use it? Was I given a credit at all or was it just said to shut me up? Just disappointing and sad, I spend my money just to get trash food and treated like that? I have the receipt and I am pretty sure it’s in their system as a provable orders linked to my phone number. I am not so desperate to have to lie in order to receive a free pizza, I’m making a valid complaint..? will never order from Pizza Hut again!

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered online and waited an hour and 15 minutes minutes before I called the store. I was informed that my order had already left the store. 45 minutes later I called and asked to speak to the supervisor. She inform me there was nothing they could do. There was only one driver and he had taken 4 other orders with him. He had already been told to give us a discount but she was unsure how much. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she informed me that that the 1st person I talked to, who told me it left the store an hour ago, that it "definitely didn't leave that long ago". So all I could do was refuse it at the door if it showed up, which it never did, and wait 3 days for a refund. This happened 3 years ago also, so we quit ordering them. Just recently started trying them again. Well, no more.

Absolutely the worst experience. Showed up on time for our food. Sat inside for 45 minutes while they "kept getting our order ready" im angry. I'm hungry. I just wanted my food. I could have drove to the other pizza hut and ordered in person got it faster. Beyond unprofessional. I lost my temper and chewed them out and left. Without getting my food I paid for. Wasn't worth waiting any longer. How much time must I waste over a $20 meal. Honestly just close this place down. Awful.

A few weeks ago I had family in town, it was a Saturday night and we figured we would order pizza - the website said the approx time for delivery would be 45 mins to an hour. Hour and a half later, still no pizza. I call and the guy was very nonchalant, and unapologetic and just said "well we are busy but yours will be there soon" eventually after 2 hours it finally came. I contact Customer Service and received a coupon code for a "FREE" pizza. Just used the coupon code and was charged $1 for the pizza, fine, whatever. Says it would be here by 5. Call at 5:40 she tells me they only have ONE delivery driver and that ours is up next but that it's done. Cool...so now it's just sitting there getting cold. Will not order from again. Very disappointing

I ordered online, and the system for some reason canceled my order but showed me like it was still active. After contacting the store, the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. While i would totally recommend this store, I can not recommend the online ordering system as it may or may not work.

I was missing a side of breadsticks with my order. I called the store and told them and they said, “our system is down right now but i’ll make sure they get sent out once it’s back up.” I waited about 30-40 mins before calling again. They put me on hold and forgot about me as I waited for over 10 minutes. I called again and asked to be refunded for the breadsticks as it was now late and I didn’t want them to bother delivering anymore. I was placed on hold again and then told I couldn’t be refunded but given in-store credit for my next order. I was frustrated at this point and asked for a manager. The manager did not apologize to me, she did not provide any sort of customer service and just told me she cannot refund just one item and proceeded to explain I had in-store credit but I don’t think I ever want to order from them again with the lack of customer care I received. So now I just feel like they stole my money. I feel like they could have cancelled the whole order and then just rung it up again without the breadsticks but they weren’t willing to do that. I’m very dissatisfied with my experience.

Don’t waste your time with this place. My bf ordered two pizzas with light cheese and lots of sauce. When we got the pizza it was so dry like they almost put no sauce on it with extra cheese. I Called to order a new one and wanted them to deliver it since it was a 30 minute round trip for us and since they couldn’t follow simple instructions they should have delivered it. Since it was originally pick up and not delivery they told us they couldn’t deliver it. It took us an hour and a half dickin around to go back and get new pizzas? while we were sitting there we saw their delivery van drive by. So annoying and it’s consistent every time we go here. That will be the last.

Still waiting for the toppings for my pizza , and a driver that understands, contactless delivery!! Had about 11 toppings on a large Supreme! This location apparently has alot of bad reviews. If other locations are so short staffed, please close this one, and let the manager go.

Pizza was over done and it was semi warm. I think it might be due to short staff? This location is normally a really good location to order from. :) The delivery drivers are always super amazing.

Pizza was halfway cold and crust was soft not crispy. I pay extra for pan crust so its crispy and it was soft when i received it as though it had been sitting in the box for a while.
