Worst customer service I've ever experienced with the restaurant. They never delivered my pizza and inform me to call doordash myself and did not take any responsibility. Do not order take out from them or doordash. I called to speak to the manager and he already left by 7 PM ? What kind of manager leaves at 7 PM. He needs to get a clue, Managers are 1st ones in and last ones to leave, this manager should be fired for his incompetence allowing employees that have no knowledge, and tell you they're not responsible for your order. This place will not make it and will be out of business probably within a year.
Order the pizza from this place this place and it never arrived.. I called and asked to speak to the manager which he already left at 7 PM he should be fired you should be fired. The person told me on the phone they have nothing to do with delivery. Really, I ordered the pizza from you it is your responsibility. They have lost my business.
The pizza was good but the lighting was poor. The music was terrible. The ambiance was annoying and detracted from the meal. The pizza was $26. I don't see us returning. Also, it was inside a bar which made it harder to find. I felt like we were ordering from a food truck when we reached the tiny ordering station.
Coming from the NY area, I've long waited for pizza this good to come to this city. Excellent, best pizza in town by far especially since Red Rossa is gone. Go for a sausage or cheese pie and you won't be disappointed.Been here several times now and they've hit their stride. As far as I'm concerned this is the only place to get a real NY slice anywhere within 200 miles. If you don't like it, you don't know good pizza.
The pizzas might be of good size, but they lack any substance. Cheese is hardly noticeable and dang - they mastered the craft of putting the lightest film of sauce on them as humanly possible. Extra toppings? Oh, you get charged for them but good luck noticing them on the pizza. I expected more out of pizzas that are $22-$30 each (price before adding extra toppings).
Best pizza in the Dakota’s. Grab a slice and have a seat in the Hello Hi. Roman mixes up a mean cocktail!
Meatball pizza + mixed olives. Flavorful sauce, tasty mix of cheeses, and a chewy, crispy crust with the perfect amount of char. My husband and I both loved it!
We ordered a pizza to be delivered and it was 45 minutes late. Calls to pizza cheese were responded with blaming door dash. Door dash staff didn’t use google maps and driver got lost for 40 minutes. I had to go outside, find the driver to get my pizza. Pizza cheese apologized but did not take responsibility for late pizza. I get staffing issues make using door dash an only option but, pizza cheese has to tell door dash their expectations for deliveries(using google maps, using phone to communicate with customer and pizza cheese). Pizza cheese mgmt must take responsibility. As I’m not from SF I never have to worry about using pizza cheese again as I would never order from them again. Poor service and obviously pizza was cold when we got it. If you can’t do delivery well don’t do it at all. Hurts your brand.
over priced when they dont stand behind their food. completely burned pizza is not edible, despite them claiming its just 'char'
This is physically hidden gem in the back of Hi Hello is one of a kind pizza. Very thin crust that to me has a sour dough texture. Their pepperoni is not the stereotypical, instead they were smaller rounds of bolder flavor. Sold by the slice or whole pizza. Highly recommend to visitors to Sioux Falls!
