Had to remind them several times what we ordered, took shortcut and didn't use appropriate spice when cooking meat, rice was empty and took forever to get new rice leaving the first meal to get cold, restaurant was empty but there were 8 tables with trash on them and the place was dirty. We were ignored when we up to get utensils and extra sauces.
First time eating lunch here and it's absolutely delicious and fresh from the famous Phillie to the bowls will be coming back for another round.
Stopped in for a Philly tonight. The manager on duty is AMAZING!!! She is not only training but working on online orders; everyone was AWESOME tonight from the 2 on the grill down to the cashier; they all did an outstanding job. We did have to wait a few minutes, but they were so polite and talked to us and apologized numerous times. I have been in management for many years, and I will be honest, this one is a diamond. Thank you for such an AMAZING time. Oh!!! and the food is awesome also.
I love Pepperjax, but please don’t forget my steak in the rice bowl next time ??
I’ve loved this place for awhile, you definitely have to stop in and try anything everything on the menu is mouth watering. My personal favorite is the steak Philly double that meat up!
The food was good. Haven't ate at pepper Jax in 2 years. Due to covid. Went there tonight. If you are in food service try to have a personality. If you don't want me there I will find some where else to eat !!!!
The fries were amazing and my kid lived the rice bowl! The walls and booth were very dirty.A professional cleaning is overdue.

Food was really good, but I had to ask for service after standing at the front for a good 3-4 minutes. I decided to use the restroom and I saw 2 employees in the back j chillin on their phone so I had to get their attention and say I wanted to order. An unnecessary step to order a simple sandwich. Also the restaurant was pretty empty but tons of dirty tables.
Customer service was absolutely terrible...we were ignored and when acknowledged didn't ask us what we wanted...food was greasy as heck...just very horrible experience...and this was my son's first time! What happened Pepper jax...it used to be amazing here!
