We called to order with a Big Sioux Coupon and they outsourced to foreign call center. They have no idea what the Big Sioux Coupon is and there is no code on the coupon. I asked to cancel my order before the call was over and they kept telling me that the order was being made. Yikes! No thanks
So disappointed with my orders. Always missing toppings or not putting the sauce that was ordered.
I ordered a pizza at 5:19 pm, with an eta of 69 mins (insane, but I waited) after 80 mins I called, the manager said it was going out the door. 20 min later no pizza, called again said the first one was cold & that they were re-making it. I've been trying to get a pizza since 3pm godfathers took two hours and I didnt end up getting one, so turn to papa johns, but this company is so mismanaged its insane. Manager offered me a free pizza for next time. Next time? Can you just deliver one pizza the first time? I turned it down, I wont be ordering again from Papa Johns!
Waited forever after I watched the person doing orders read my name out and leave it there for me to wait.

We had an order come to us and the pizza was obviously under cooked. However, we called, the offered to remake it without argument, and the 2nd go around was perfect! Great customer service! Thank you for making it right!
Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and cookie . The boxes were soaked from grease and the pizza was soggy from it being soaked as well . Called them to explain and all they said is “that will happen “. Worst greasy pizza I’ve ever had
