Paid for 32 wings with different sauces and came unsauced. First call waited on hold for 10 minutes than was hung up on. Second call I asked for the item to be delivered correctly . Manager said it would be over an hour. Asked why I could not be placed priority since they delivered items incorrectly and I did Not get what I paid for. she stated she could not do that. I asked if I could pick up the items and get a refund of the delivery fee. Nope couldn’t do that either. Terrible customer service. Needless to say it never got resolved.
My go to for pizza...Pretty good food, but they didnt put enough Ranch in the bag for the wings.
i called to have some info in their bulk order option and the toppings prices, but seven minutes later got nothing. Their online order sucks.
I ordered pizza, had a promo code on the app that weny thru, my total was $37.33 on the app, called the store to ask a question and they told me my total was $41 and when the driver arrived he told me my total was $48.44. And they told me there was nothing they can do about it even tho my app honored my promo code, they charged me extra and told me 2 different prices, to make it even better, the delivery driver was really hostile about it. Very upset with this expierence.
I placed my order at 10:30pm. I called at 11 because when I went to check the status of my order online it still said they were still preparing it, it wasn't showing it was baking or anything and I found that odd considering it had been 30 minutes since I placed my order. The first time I called it rang 2 times and the person who answered said we're closed and hung up on me. The second time I called I interrupted him saying HEY I'm calling about my order. I asked if he was the supervisor and he said yes but I didn't catch his name. This "supervisor" was highly unprofessional and didn't take ownership of the situation. Instead he just fed me with excuses and saying this was his 4th day there. He said that the delivery guy was the one who gave my order over to door dash because they still had 7 deliveries and not enough papa John's drivers. While I was on the phone with this "supervisor" he said that the door dash driver was there and they were cutting my pizza now. I waited an additional 37 minutes and called back to see what was going on. All he had to say again was that this was his 4th day there and said the door dash driver left and didn't grab my pizza and that the delivery guy was gone for the night but my pizza was still there. No one called me, I had to call them and if I hadn't I would still be clueless as to what the status of my order was and still waiting. Don't you think that is something that should have been communicated with a paying customer who has been waiting almost over an hour for their food when it said I would have it in 30min. He didn't offer a refund but he did say that my pizza was still sitting there, I'm not going to pick up a pizza that has been sitting there for 37 minutes. Had someone called me letting me know they were short drivers or just communicated with me period I would have understood and just went and picked it up forever ago once it became ready and this should have been done instead they had to pawn off some of their deliveries to door dash which it STILL didn't get delivered. This individual was highly unprofessional for ANY type of job role he held there. I will not be ordering from here again!!!!! I don't pay for poor and rude customer service!!
Ordered a pepperoni pizza NY style. Didn’t get what I ordered. What I got was a pan style cheese pizza. They said it was a computer error on the receipt but the receipt says pepperoni NY style. Maybe the people should double check their orders or get the computer fixed. Never ordering from them again ???
I placed a delivery order and did not receive cheesy bread just plain bread sticks after I was told I had an attitude which I did not. The guy that answered the phone was new and a woman came on the phone and was reading back the order and it was wrong, I just simply corrected what kind of pizza I ordered. The honey Chipotle sauce was amazing but the bread sticks are terrible, no garlic buttery taste, no seasoning whatsoever. Pizza was good.
