This location has sadly gone downhill. I visited recently and an employee was standing by the register chewing off his cuticles. I asked if he could kindly wash his hands before getting a pastry. He looked offended. Coffee wasn't restocked, creamers were empty. I told the manager and he said that he is sorry, but they can't get decent employees lately and that the employee is usually in the back. I just returned tonight after a few months assuming things would be better, but it was the same thing. Everything was really dirty, too. ? Panera should really investigate this location.
menu is sparse and the food is overpriced, considering most of it was made somewhere else and shipped in. I only recommend going here if you have no other choices.
I used to not really eat Panera years ago, but trying it again after so long, I ended up liking it. Food is pretty good, they're salads are great and have good proportions. Their pizzas are really good also.

I deliver Panera Bread in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for DoorDash, and Panera Bread is on top of their orders.I do not have to wait. The food is ready for me to pick up upon my arrival.I enjoy going to Panera Bread to pick up orders. ? ?
I went today to get a couple salads for me and my wife and I got a ceaser and while the women was making our salads she commented in front of me about me not getting ceaser dressing and how they don't know unless they tried it which I have and I don't like it it was rude and unprofessional
Disappointing. Asian chicken salad was lettuce chicken and wontons. They missed part of our order. Store was dirty.
It was a great chichen salad croissa t and 3 muffins to go. Clean, friendly, and efficent.

My daughter and I had lunch at panera bread last Thursday, I enjoyed a chicken, bacon avavcado sandwich and coffee, my daughter had a Mac & cheese sandwich with water. Our lunch was hot and fresh and on time. Customer service experience is always very good. I also had two cinnamon crunch bagels to-go to enjoy for breakfast on friday.
