My boyfriend and I are plant-based and they were so helpful with finding alternative sauces or dips to go along with the warm bowls we got. I ended up getting the Mediterranean (a new favorite) and he got the Baja Bowl (his new favorite). We went at kind of a weird time of the day, but it didn't seem to bother them one bit to change up the way the warm bowls were made. We had a very good experience and I would highly recommend it to someone wanting fresh, crisp, healthy food.

The front counter staff member who took our order and checked us out was not pleasant at all. She was unfriendly and didn't smile or make us feel welcome. They had no sugar free/diet soda and no lemon wedges for tea. However, we did not have to wait to order and found a clean booth and the food we ordered was prepared quickly, was served hot, and was very good. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was somewhat messy, mostly paper napkins under some of the tables or uncleaned booths but we were there just after the evening dinner hour. Restrooms were not used.

Always good food, but probably the worst customer service. Attempted to go through the drive-thru, waited for 5 minutes and no response. Went inside and there were 4 people working the counter. Not one of them greeted us. They were just giggling between themselves. We had to use the self service station just so we could order food. Management ignored us and everyone is just very unprofessional. Sad to see what this place has become.

Staff seem more interested in having their own conversations and serving customers, wouldn't even take my order as I was 10 minutes early for lunch, had to use the kiosk just to check out

Their Mac and cheese is so delicious and amazing every time I'm with a certain friend we always go there.

The turkey bacon club is amazing. I Love the spiicy apple vinaigrette salad.

That place is so 2 faced if you ever want to work there let alone eat there, than you got one manager named David that flirts with everyone girl that works there and hits on mine, Rachel, check your mans!! Just a lot is unprofessional as well, 3 managers run one spot which does not make sense and then telling you to do one thing knowing the other manager tells you to do another, it’s hell, but I always keep my composure because I’m a grown adult and I was taught better in life..

I visit Panera nearly every day during or after work and there customer service is phenomenal! Not to mention their food is cooked perfect every time. :)

The coffee, the squash soup, the fabulous bread that held a chicken breast ,avocados and cheese that was grilled perfectly. Yummmmmm!!

Love their healthy flavored sandwiches.
