1st attempt eating there -- doors were locked at around noon even though door said they were open at 10. The drive thru was open, but not dine in. I wanted to dine in. Went somewhere else.2nd attempt eating there -- asked for water with my meal. They wanted to charge me the same price they charged for soda. I'd be willing to pay 25, 50 or 75 cents but not almost 3.00 for water! Not the first time I've had bad experiences at Panda, even in a different state. I'll stick to mom and pop Chinese.
Always out of items or never have enough ready for an order, feels like a side salad in my noodles. Only good thing is pretty decent speed when going there. Might not be what you wanted just what you settled for…
The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because the food is so freakin delicious! When I lived in Hawaii, Panda Express was my favorite fast food, and I mean FAST food with pleasant, friendly, and helpful employees. Unfortunately, both locations in Sioux Falls just don’t compare as far as fast, efficient, and friendly service goes. Whether I’m the paying customer or delivering for Uber eats, I am always really appalled by the service at both Sioux Falls locations! The only thing that keeps me coming back is the delicious food… but even now, I try to talk myself out of going because the service is so horrible and the employees they hire are so unprofessional and immature. Normally, my bad service experiences are reflective of racist staff, but these kids make me embarrassed as a minority and for other minorities. Despicable! Just absolutely despicable, disgusting, and horrible service EVERY SINGLE TIME! There’s no point having Panda Express with such incompetent staff. I’m probably going to take a break from both locations (unless delivering) and see if customer service etiquette changes in either or both locations… ugh!
Food is good, and the speed is also very quick. The only problem is that it was our first time here in drive through at noon. The guy that spoke to us was rude and we couldn’t understand him at all I don’t think he was speaking English to us, then a woman interrupted him and we finally understood. When we pulled to the drive through window, the cashier Manguel just threw the bag at us, looked at me and closed the window very loud and hard. We asked for teriyaki sauce and soy sauce he didn’t give any and I had to come inside and ask for it. If you are having a bad day I understand but please do not let your anger spread on others, we just wanted some foods. I will not come back here again until this guy knows how to serve the customers.
Ordered Orange chicken with the fried rice. It was pretty damn spicy. Wasn't expecting that much chili powder. It was good but didn't order no hot chicken
Service was quick and food was good. The order was the chow mein with orange chicken and walnut shrimp and the 2nd order was chow mein with mushroom chicken and orange chicken which filled us up. Ordered a side of spring rolls which were warm but had no crunch to the outside.
A Saturday night and half the entrees were out. I ordered Honey sesame chicken and Beef Broccoli...AND the Beef Broccoli had 2 SMALL pieces of beef, that's it! Lots of broccoli but no Beef! This is not the first time most of their entrees are out. Very disappointed with this visit
I am here and I ordered rice and orange chicken. This is tasting good. Ngl I should come here again! Wish there was one in Worthington(Minnesota).
Quality was good and the employee I dealt with was very clear on any upcharges for anything I ordered
As of 11/3/21 looks like they've got a solid TEAM working here. Phenomenal speed and the quality was unexpected but very appreciated. Scallions in the fried rice, orange chicken is seasoned mmm. Great job guys :)
