They were short staffed as many are .Chelsea and her support staff were excellent, not too mention fantastic food from salad to to entree. I am not so easy to please, I was very happy with all aspects of the dining experience. ?
Just got home with my curbside delivery order, onion blossom is disgusting, taste like it’s been cooking in 2 month old grease . Steaks that are suppose to be medium rare are charred on the outside and taste awful , chicken is also charred.. I’d rather throw it away! $60 down the drain, what a disappointment! And of course they don’t answer the phone! It’s not very welcoming when staff members are sitting out at the curbside delivery curb smoking cigarettes and look at us like we are the wrong ones ?????
The customer service was amazing. The server did an awesome job at taking care of our table. Our server was very observant and filled our beverages when needed and cleared our table when necessary. Thanks for the amazing steaks. This was best service I have ever had at Outback. Thanks for a great experience at Outback! Thanks again for a great dining experience at Outback!!!!
I want to give a shout out to Bryan C at the Sioux Falls Outback location. He was extremely attentive to our party of 6 requests. We even had a shellfish allergy at the table and he made sure every precaution was taken. It is very rare these days that we come across amazing servers and Bryan exceeded ALL of our expectations. Thank You Bryan! Well done! ( But, I prefer Medium) ?
Called for call ahead seating for 6 pm for two people. Got there about 5:45 and they didn’t have our names down. They put us on again and said it would be a half hour. I asked what was the point of me calling two hours before then? Waited the half hour and finally called the restaurant. They had taken our name OFF THE LIST! Manager apologized, said give him 10 min and he’d get us in. He also gave us a free appetizer. The wait staff was very friendly. The food was good. Just wish it hadn’t been so frustrating at the beginning but they did the best they could to make it right.
Stopped in for a bite to eat. Miss Kailey was so personable, helpful and funny. The food was GREAT and her service made our night out even that much better. Thank you Kailey for making our anniversary night a memorable one.
I absolutely loved eating here! I sat at the bar and I had this amazing server named Chelsey! She was super friendly and made sure we were happy with our visit! The food was also high quality and I loved every bite! Would definitely eat here over and over again!
Came to Outback on a whim to celebrate job promotions for me and my husband. Though they seemed understaffed (who isn’t these days) we got great service anyways! Kaylee was our server and she was very attentive and sweet! Will definitely be coming in again in the future!
This was my first time going to Outback along with 8 others and it was perfect! The ribs, steaks, shrimp and blooming onion were all delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server was just the best as she was prompt with everything and so very friendly. I will definitely be going back!
