Food was hot and delicious. But I somehow always end up with a new server who I can never get to my table. He brought the water and wanted to drop off the tray before he took my order..when he came back he went to his other tables and cleared plates..umm...other 2 servers took orders and brought out food to tables that arrived after us...my server did not bring our food..guess he thinks it is his job to just bring salad?
We went in a Saturday afternoon to talk about our household budget. Exciting - right??!? Part of the deduction in stars is for the prolonged wait we had to be seated - even at 2 in the afternoon! However, once we were seated, our server was very attentive to our needs. She was polite and friendly- she had worked 6 days in a row and was looking forward to a day off in 2 more days. She seemed fresh and and fun as if she had just had a day or two off!The second deduction was due to pricing - granted, I hadn’t been to an Olive Garden in a while, but I remember larger portions for price - and I was a bit disappointed. Taste, presentation, all was top notch - hence only a 1 star deduction for these two issues. We got some budget stuff completed but had an enjoyable experience anyway ?
As always the service was great. My friend and I really enjoyed our server this last time. She was super friendly and very helpful. Our food was at our table in just a short wait, and our waitress was was very attentive.
A client had brought me fettuccine Alfredo take home entre. By the time I got done with work it was six hours later but I was starving so I decided to eat it. I was disappointed to find out there was no Alfredo sauce. Basically I think they had forgotten to send it along. I called to tell them what happened. Alex, who must have been the manager on duty, asked me if I would come back there and pick it up. I didn’t really want to but had no choice and I wasn’t that far anyway. So I went to pick it up. Talk about taking care of a situation! He not only gave me a new order with extra Alfredo sauce but he also gave me a gift card for my next meal. I have always loved Olive Garden, and I am absolutely thrilled with how they dealt with this situation. I’ll be a customer for life.
The food and service was great as usual. The calamari was cooked to perfection. The entrees were plentiful, delicious, and reasonably priced. Only wish they would get the cappacino machine fixed.
Me, and my two boys had the best customer service today at Olive Garden. Akhaia our server made sure we had breadsticks, salad, and soup, and never had to ask for anything. She went above, and beyond and also went out of her way to pay for our food herself because the kiosk wasn't working properly. We had a near perfect experience!
Expect to spend a long time here. It took over an hour for our dinner to arrive after we finished our soup. Other tables who came in after us were served and we were still waiting. When we brought it to the attention of the server, she immediately became defensive and told us that she couldn't make the kitchen workers cook our food any faster. Our dinners were eventually brought out by a different server with a similar attitude. She basically dropped the plates on the table and walked away. The restaurant manager was no where in sight. It's a good thing we weren't asked if we wanted dessert. There's no telling how long that may have taken.
My boyfriend and I decided to go to Olive Garden for a date and was blessed with an amazing waiter named Will Smith. He was amazing! He made sure our table was satisfied with our food, made sure we were doing okay he literally gave us the best customer service I've ever seen anywhere. Definitely coming here again, and I hope to have him as a server. He was quite literally the best, I hope he has an amazing day.
Ordered soup and bread To Go. My PASTA E FAGIOLI lacked pasta and the unseasoned/ under seasoned bread sticks tasted like a hot dog buns. I'm not sure if I'll be back.Edit 01/04/22Ordered half gallon of Pasta e fagioli and bread to go because I'm ill and so glad I did. Its delicious! And I'll be able to eat it for a couple days and not deal with cooking. The bread sticks are still blan but much better after I put them in my air fryer then brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with kosher salt and garlic powder. ?
Service was exceptional! Food was good. We were supposed to have a large party (15) and about half backed out at the last minute. Our servers were very nice and friendly. They took good care of us. Definitely recommend!!
