I ordered a single serving of pesto cavatappi at 7:30, and didn't receive my order until 8:10 (That is after Ihad to remind them of my food order three times). They had lost my ticket. Multiple other guests that arrived after me received their food long before I did. The employees were scrambling all over the kitchen and were very unorganized with little care or urgency. I wasn't even offered anything additional for their mistakes. There seemed to be no supervision or organization for that matter in this establishment. I definitely do not recommend wasting your time here.

Who eats here? I ordered Korean Spicy noodles. Noodles were overcooked. They're gummy. They're portions are embarrassingly expensive. A regular portion is the size of a small at Teriyaki Madness and that place tastes like jank anyway.Ramen noodle is substituted for a glass noodles, that's fine as it's a very common substitute to change the texture of the dish but the stir fry was overcooked. So the asian menu is pretty weak which just means their mac dishes and tortellini dishes are probably overcooked and overcooked to oblivion. This place is a pass, hard pass. For the same price you can go to HyVee pick up a jar of kimchi and glass noodles and make Korean 10 minute noodles. Not the place to take a lunch date. Just go to Jersey Mike's across the street.

I normally have always good experiences at this restaurant with good service and great food. Today my friend received her food (buttered noodles) and found a hair in it. She told the manager, Laura, and she just replied with “oh” and did not apologize for the error. As another bowl was brought out to her, she again failed to apologize and didn’t even bring out silverware. Not a very good experience at Noodles and Company today.

Hadn't been here for a very long time as they always seemed to be closed, but finally was able to make it on a day they were open.Pretty disappointing. It's rare that I've left a restaurant actually hungry after eating an entree, but Noodles managed to make that happen. They literally should rename their servings to reflect more accurately what they are. A snack- size and small are appropriate. Incredible difference in serving sizes than in the past when I was here. The Mrs got pesto, it was bland not nearly enough sauce to cover noodles. Seems to have been made by someone who is not familiar with how pesto should look and taste.I got tortellini, which I have to admit, was good and flavorful. It was, however, about $8 for 8 tortellini, seems excessive to me. They were good, but not that good.Service was good, people were friendly, so that was a plus; though that doesn't really make up for the rest of the disappointment.

Quick service, music was a little to loud so i barely could hear the cashier otherwiser quick service great atmosphere. They do deliver thru like grub hub and food dudes i am pretty sure.

Cudos to the manager tonight for making a bad experience a great experience. Without being told, she observed the situation, came to me afterword, had gotten my name, addressed me by name, made it right. A truly special person to be on staff here. For those that need to know 3.17.22 about 7:30pm.

Always solid pasta. Kids love the mac and cheese and there is something for everyone. Portion sizes definitely fill you up.

Went into noodles today at 1:00 to grab quick food otw home. The whole place was chaos. They were obviously slammed. it took 50 minutes to get the food. no explanations, no I'm sorry for the wait, no here is a drink while you wait or a coupon to make up for this. Very disappointing

Ridiculous that I can not order through the App. Also that this location does not accept Tap to pay.

Was good, i was disappointed that they dont have stroganoff, I had my heart set on that, but the 3 cheese tortellini with pesto and the seasoned butter noodles were both good.
