Ordered curbside today at 12:38 and got our food at 1:10 while we waited over 20 cars went through the drive-thru. The drinks must have been made at the Time of order because they we so watered down we couldn’t drink them. Cheeseburgers and fries were cold very disappointed. If you can’t do any better than that shut the mobile order app off. Horrible service and food

This McDonalds is remarkably slow and inaccurate, and unapologetic for either. Ordered at kiosk with a time stamp of 1:23 and finally received our order at 1:54. Over a half hour. Fry portions were skimpy, but at least the food was fresh. Kinda sad that the freshness is the saving grace for the order when the food should always be fresh. The garbage cans were stuffed and overflowing. The bathrooms were filthy and the motion-sensing sink faucet was stuck on with no apparent way to turn it off. The visit on this day was especially sad. I really hope this location figures things out and turns Thier operation around.

The McDonald's on Cliff needs to improve. Waited 20 minutes for one order of the Big Breakfast. Also need to check your pop bibs on a daily basis, very frustrating when both pop machines are out of diet coke!

I only went through the drive through to get food over a noon lunch break. The line was long, but they moved everybody out fairly quick. The food was alright. It was your typical McDonalds that is usually never poor but then never the best you have ever had either. The employees behind the window were the biggest turn off. They were not personable and when I asked for napkins, the employee gave an expression that I was instead asking for one of her kidneys and not simply a napkin.

The staff that works around 5pm is so bad they rush on my food every time. The food is fresh as requested but the presentation is so sloppy always. Also fresh fries don’t mean burnt fries. Go in the day time if you want great customer service and good looking non rushed food

They have the inside closed because they only have 30 workers and covid that's just unbelievable ? I ordered on line because that's all that was available I drive a truck so I can't use the drive through. The app askes what number parking spot your in and there are no numbers for truck parking so I went in they were slow. The food was ok McDonald's it is always ok the coffee was Luke warm.

I opened my sandwich to make sure it was light Mayo & this is what I found ?? than the lady tried to tell me it wasn’t from them.

Went through the drive thru and they didn’t ring up the cheeseburger I ordered. I told them at the window needed my cheeseburger. The snotty girl goes well you’ll have to go through the line again. I said I don’t think so the rest of my food will get cold. Asked for manager he said no you don’t have to go thru the line but you have to pay for it. Well you should have the board work so I can tell you what you forgot in my order than! Or you could read it back. What a joke. No customer service what do ever! No sorry forgot your food and you had to wait just go through the line again.

Fry's are always cold. The woman that work are rude and always mess up the orders. Forget straws and ketchup when you ask.

Wow. Two McDonalds and both of the don’t use the second lane?!? Very disappointed in the cliff ave and the 41st street locations. My husband and I have gone to McD’s for Valentines for 12 years now. And we have had to go to a third location to remain a loyal customer?!? Come on you can do better!
