If I could give it a 0 star I would this is the wrost McDonald’s in Sioux Falls somehow the mobile ordering with this particular McDonalds doesn’t work Placed order on app, paid for it on app, they even charged my account. Did the drive-up where they bring it out. However message said they were having saying I owe 3 dollars?? Person in the drive-thru was so rude to me I am never a person who likes to fight but this employee said “I can’t deal with her” when I was explaining that I paid in the app how could I still be owing money and even showed my bank account that I got charge already so then she calls the manager another rude person I explain to him and then he act like he doing something on the screen which didn’t make sense because he said he will get me a refund never did charge me twice didn’t even give me a receipt so immediately called my bank told them the whole story and i made a claim and got my money back where I got charge twice so My advice is to find another McDonald’s. I personally will not be stopping at this McDonald’s never ever again!!!!!!!!! And by the way the food was cold

Update - Forget mobile ordering with this particular McDonalds! Problems abound with the system on their end for one reason or another. Placed order on app, paid for it on app, they even charged my account. Did the drive-up where they bring it out. However message said they were having issues (again!) and said to come in. My wife went in (and so did a couple others in front of and behind us) and they told everyone they needed to go through the drive-thru. We didn’t have time to wait for the 12+ vehicles in front of us by the time she came out. So I left to come pick the order up later. Person in the drive-thru couldn’t find my order and was not willing to do anything except place another order and be charged again (even tho my bank app had showed charges for the order). I told him forget it and immediately called my bank. My advice is to find another McDonald’s. I personally will not be stopping at this one again.Problems with mobile order on their end after I had submitted, went through drive-thru and gave mobile order number, but was told needed to resubmit. Did eventually get my order, but just took a little longer than expected. The inside of the buns on which I had a chicken sandwich were pretty dark (slightly burnt).Generally, I never have a problem with this McD’s, so I’m chalking this visit to a one-time hiccup as far as things go.

I used the mobile app, curbside. It showed an error so I went through the drive thru and said I wasn't sure if they got my order (waited 5 minutes). The cashier got the manager who said curbside was turned off because they were busy and said they didn't have my order and to go around and place an order at the drive thru. At least the cashier had enough common sense to take my coffee order and let me pull ahead.

Signs posted lobby is open tried to use lobby they didn’t want to open when asked for place to sit manager ginger Robinson responded with the lobby isn’t really open But signs plastered saying it is. Nor did the staff know how to bring out the food and stated this as well as they placed food on table

When we finally got to the screen to order in the drive through we were told they are only taking mobile orders. Don't understand why we couldn't order like normal. We left.

Just ordered from there. Ordered a number 2 with a lg shamrock shake, and medium French fries with honey mustard and ranch. Didn’t get the sauce. Was never told the total of our order. Person at the window never greeted us or anything. Highly disrespectful. I used to work at a McDonald’s. It takes 2 seconds to say hello and goodbye. Worst part was, they weren’t even busy. I can’t believe how terrible customer service is becoming these days.

The food was not only cold..but the meat on the double cheeseburger, tasted old and possibly rotten.. fries were hard and cold and soda definitely needed to be replaced.. cook at home.. I'll never go back to this one

Waited for what seemed like forever Evan tho the line didn't seem that long , they where only takeing a order every 5 min while the line just piled up, I ordered the simplest thing to try and make it easy for them nuggets and fries and they forgot the fry's I get it everyones short staffed but it seems like they do good business maybe they need to pay their workers more, needless to say I won't be going back ever again

The drive-thru was backed up, but moved at a efficient pace. Picked up our order and took it back to the house, only to find we were missing the 2 cheeseburgers. Wife called to inform them of what happened. She went back, picked up the 2 cheeseburgers, and found they put some fries in there to make up for the oops. Everyone enjoyed their food, so all in all, an okay experience.

Was very busy, and slow. They didn't have enough employees working there and it was obvious. The person working the drive through was nice, albeit tired sounding. I've been there a couple times, first time had rude employees.
