Went to have lunch on the weekend of course. One employee girl has extremely long hair with braids, handling food and nothing on her head, no hat or hairnet. The second girl wearing a black jacket with her hood on her head. She was the one bagging the dine in orders, couldn't even speak when she had an order ready. Customers would be sitting and wondering where there food is. The only McDonald's in Sioux Falls that has there act together is the one on east 26th Street. They are the only ones that bring your food out on a tray, rather than to go bags. Very disappointing.
Waited in the drive through for 20-30 mins. Couple hours after eating my daughter and I started feeling sick. We have been up puking all night. 10/10 would not recommend this mc Donald’s.
Not one to leave bad reviews…. BUT Terrible customer service. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and not a single order was taken. Called 5 times and no body answered. Got out of line and went up to the window and there were two employees just sitting in there on their phones. Worthless employees is the new Normal I guess!
If I could give a 0 it would be a 0. Terrible service, we repeated our order over 3 times and they still managed to not get it. Pulled up to the window and we explained again and we got attitude right away and got snickered at. Once we got to the other window they still managed to forget our items smh
Their website said there was dining in, however, when I went there, there was not. I asked them to eat my meal inside because I was on my bike and was cold out there. Even though they refused to let me dinning it.
I was in the drive thru and waited for a while and I ordered a 2a and the picture says it all. Must of rushed my burger, because there is still pink on the inside. If I had to pull up to wait longer I wouldn't of complained.
Not lovin' it McDonald's was stolen from the founders who actually believed in real food products and quality when now McDonald's cuts corners for profit and could care less about health the "meat" contains soooo many preservatives and chemicals including propylene glycol which is used as a de-icing agent that you may find in automotive and aviation products and for some strange reason the FDA deems propylene glycol safe to be consumed by humans ....yeah.....sure ....well that greasy like substance on your hamburger is actually propylene glycol! Gross! ....well don't get me started on the fries I boycott McDonald's for life and I'd rather increase my chances of NOT getting cancer instead of increasing it including my weight lol.....it's also extremely tuff on the body after consuming McDonald's cheap poison products ...did you know it can take up to a week for your body to digest McDonald's "food"? Because of all the chemicals just stay away if you wanna live longer and just simply not good for you
Slow and rude. I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and a 6 piece chicken nuggets. Should be a super simple order. After I paid, it took 10 minutes after I paid before I got my food. And that was sitting at the window, not even having to pull up around the building to let other cars through. No apologies for the wait, nothing. They handed the food out the window without saying a word. I think they forgot the meaning of FAST when it comes to fast food. Then, they forgot the straws. If they can't even get simple things right, they don't deserve any more than minimum wage
Food is, well it’s McDonald’s. However. Every time I order caramel hot chocolate they give me either normal or peppermint.
There seems to always be a guy named Jim sitting out in his truck in the parking lot on the clock. He has the time to just sit and watch the drive thru line get long and then complain to the employees in the store about how long the line is and need to pick up the pace instead of coming in and helping them instead. Waste of money, hire someone who will help their employees. Also for people that like to complain, apply and see how bad of a work environment it is. You’ll unders
