This is a cool place to see. We ordered the turkey sandwich and the BLT. They were good. Their sandwiches include house made products like smoked turkey and the house smoked bacon, so I can understand the pricing on those. The cold sandwiches did not come with a side and I did not add fries on. Also got the Detroit-style pizza cheese bread, which seemed expensive at $14. It was pretty good. I would probably get the sandwiches again! My wife really liked them a lot. Sure beats the average chain sub shop by a mile, that is for sure.
Saw this on TV food programme so decided to check it out. Stunning sandwich for evening and also had a breakfast there. Food so fresh and flavoursome and only regretted that as from UK on vacation we couldn’t do a food shop in the store. Great atmosphere in clean and friendly environment too.
My wife and I took our three children here for dinner. Everything we ordered was fantastic! The staff was polite and helpful and I was even able to grab a few things to bring home with us. I would absolutely stop here again.
First time here from Colorado and what an experience! Saw Looks on Diners Drive-ins, and Dives and it was a must visit. I can honestly say it was far better than expected! The beer, the drinks, and the food were simple amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The market is great, you can find pretty much everything and anything you need! We will definitely be returning the next time we're in Sioux Falls!!!
I’ve been in the store and had lunch here. I’ll share both experiences.First, the shop is fantastic. Huge variety of unique food and other items. Fresh food, deli choices and so much more. Snacks, meals, spices, meat. I have food allergies and was able to find so many items I use to get in Texas that I haven’t found in town.Restaurant… went over lunch during the week around noon with a client. Absolutely packed but we found a spot to sit. I got a burger, it was not bad. I did ask for medium and it was more rare. Fries were good!Bathrooms are clean, restaurant and store were very clean. I’ll be back to the retail store, undecided on the restaurant.
The food was delicious. Best Rueben sandwich. The hamburgers looked wonderful, as were other dishes being served. The meat department carries high end quality meats. A ready to make broccoli and beef, with sauce was under $20 and looked really good.I had the best ever Pecan Pie cookie for dessert. Ample size at $3. Wish I had bought an half dozen.Only negative is the acoustics are not good in dining area.
I have wanted to eat here for a very long time and finally made the stop. Our sandwiches were very good as were the fries. I had a hard time deciding what to get so that means I get to come back again and again...
I was looking forward to trying this place since it had so many good reviews. The market and bakery looked really good but I was disappointed in the restaurant. I ordered the Ruben and my friend ordered the Cuban. The corn beef had been fried which resulted in a very oily sandwich. The grease dripped from the sandwich when I picked it up. My friends Cuban was also very greasy. Neither one of us could finish our sandwiches. However, the fries were great. Doubtful we will eat there again.
Awesome place, fun atmosphere, and good eats. You have to get a menu and order at the front, and then your food is delivered to your table, which lends to a casual easy environment. It’s fun walking through the grocery section to see all the ingredients that are ultimately put into the food they serve in the restaurant portion. We had loaded fries and seasonal shrimp and grits. The fries were loaded indeed: piled with cheese and pulled pork, they were a great start to our meal. The shrimp and grits was delicious: a creamy savory dish that reminded me of my time in Charleston. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a quick, quirky, delicious meal.
Best Reuben ever!!!! Smoked.....yes, SMOKED corned beef!!!! Very friendly staff, great food, fun atmosphere. A very happy place.
