Looking at these reviews these guys need to get some competent management in there. That said, I ordered online and I received an e-mail about 8 minutes later saying my order was ready. I walked in and there weren't any employees visible--behind the counter or in the kitchen. Luckily my technical aptitude is high enough to be able to find where to put my code and get my food. But I wonder how long I would have waited had I had a question. Anyway, the crazy bread was decent, could have been a little better.

Super disappointed. After having to wait 20 mins for an order of stuffed crazy bread I finally get my food and this is by far the slopiest and messy order of food I've gotten from there. They were all shaped weird and totally different sizes from a scrawny barley half of a breadstick to some twisted bread looking stick. I don't ever write reviews but this was just beyond poor service.

?, Delivery's? Guess not. All I wanted was a pizza and soda. What your telling me is I can't order from your place of business, if I'm a patient for surgery, at anytime??. Thanks for no delivery.?.

It was a horrible customer service I came in for hot and ready it wasn't hot and already. So then I ordered specialty orders and was told 15 minutes I came back in 20 am I order still has not done I had to cancel my order get my refund and plan on making my family dinner somewhere else so recommend calling ahead

Very disappointed. My husband and I stopped in tonight and ordered 2 pizzas and an order off crazy bread. After waiting for 15 minutes, someone asked us what our order was. We told them the name on our order. They got the order ready and handed it to us. One of the pizzas had somebody elses name on it and was not what we ordered. As I tried to grab a slice of pizza, the crust tore off. The crust was so thin that it destroyed the slice of pizza and is stuck to the box. I couldnt even pick it up and had to eat it with a fork. Called the store to inform them that we got the wrong pizza and waited on hold for 10 minutes before just hanging up. I understand they are short staffed, but these mistakes were avoidable.

Normally, love this place. But disappointed, ordered on the pizza portal. They forgot the wings, by the time we had noticed (a fairly large order) we were already home. Called them and just asked for a refund and they refused to give a refund. They had said that, we have to come in within 7 days to get the order, if not there is nothing they could do. Really disappointed.

Instead of working getting people orders out they sit their flirting with each other. Had to go up and ask what I was waiting for as it took over 20 minutes for food. Unacceptable service. Do better.

Honestly the worst experience at this place. Went and picked up my food and after I got home and opened it I swear it looks like they dropped it or something my toppings were on one side my pizza on the other some of the dough was underdone and it’s was absolutely drenched in grease and sauce and I specifically asked for light sauce…

Fast service, friendly new folks learning the ropes.

Unfortunately, as finding good help has become the rule rather than the exception, this place shows it. It is very dirty, and our pizza was below mediocre. Especially considering Little Caesars is typically, consistently tasty. I recommend another of their locations, if it's Little Caesars Pizza, you are craving.
