Went here for dinner through Drive up at 8:30 pm they said, they only have crispy bone in dark meat. I asked why? They said, because theyclose at 9 pm and they turned the friers off. I said, if you close at 9pm that's when you turn everything off. The person gave me an attitude, and when I drove off the Manger yelled out the drive up window screaming. Fu_k this place and the looser who works here.
Garbage management. Staff was trying their best. Manager was rude to them as we could overhear her on the speaker outside and rude to myself as a customer when I simply asked the employee why one half of the menu was closed. (Half the menu same restaurant, same drive through) I own more than one buisiness and can tell you this manager will not keep staff that she has or inspire new ppl to apply for a job by treating them this way. Kindness goes a long way.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are very rude and snotty to customers in drive thru.
Chicken strips were all batter and hardly any chicken. The flavor was not good.
The need too get more staff for A&W!! Every time I go their they never have anyone too cook the A&W foods
Placed order told 12.17 total. Got to window picked up and they asked for 15.79. I said I can add in my head that's way too much, better recalculate. Manager had to do it. Then no silverware to eat mashed potatoes, no napkins, no butter or honey. Terrible service, food not great either.
Actually had the a&w bacon double cheeseburger meal and it was great!! Hot and fresh no complaints here ??
No signage up. Has been closed for over a week. It never opens even though lights are on inside. This location must be permanently closed!
I was quite excited to find an A&W nearby while in my travels. Stopped in for supper with my family, the gal at the counter seemed friendly though I think still in training. Food came out timely, my double bacon cheeseburger was good as were the fries we all recieved. My daughters loved their burgers. The young woman that appeared to be the shift leader was patient and handled a couple of inconviences stellerly.
It was clean the manager went out of her way is her way to train the new employees. It was just a pleasant experience I will have to say a cold root beer when you're in a bad mood Is a great way to feel slightly better
