I havent been to this KFC in awhile! The food was good, but i was very disappointed that the chicken dinners no longer come with Cole slaw!! They throw in a small chocolate chip cookie instead!I'm not big on sweets & I love Cole slaw!I called them to inquire about the missing slaw and they said they changed it awhile ago. The reason being that they are trying to cater to the younger crowd!! If that's the case, they should at least have an option for the cole slaw, not substitute a cookie in its place! Not happy...
Staff have always been kind and courteous very professional I drive across town even though I'm only two blocks from the one on my side just to patron the store
It’s KFC do you know exactly what it is you know what you’re getting it’s the same everywhere you go the one thing I will say is they typically don’t have any spicy chicken I’m not sure if that’s just something that they don’t carry in this part of the country or if they were just out every time I’ve been there. The chicken is not bad and it’s quick it’s easy and it’s a decent meal for the family. It’s a heck of a lot better than going to McDonald’s
Honestly some of the worst customer service. Store was not busy. Not a single customer. No cara in drive. We ordered . came through drive through. Were told we had to come inside for it. Wwre aaked why we couldnt pick up through seive through aa all employees were just standing around talking?.
Drive through was slow, the sliders were chewy with fat. Fries were crispy and tasty. Staff was Friendly
Food was dry, sides were cold, and the service was questionable. Highly disappointed.
The employee working the front counter was probably the sweetest lady I've encountered in while.
My sons love the sliders here.
