We used to be regulars, but our last three visits have been disasters and we will not be returning.Pros: coffee and iced tea are always amazing! Love their drinks.Their steak salad is AMAZING.Hostesses are always kind and friendly and accommodating.Cons:1. Kitchen staff shouldn't use the restroom and or go out and smoke with their work aprons still on.... so unsanitary and saw it from multiple staff!!!2. We waited almost a full hour for our plates and the restaurant was not full. Many people behind us had eaten and actually were packing up before we got our food...3.My children's pancakes were sitting at the window for at least 15 minutes and were somehow overcooked and cold at the same time.My hashbrowns were pucks by the time they got to me, cold and tooth breakingly crunchy.
We made reservations for 12-15 people. All 15 of them showed up. The manager was mad & as well as a disgruntled female employee. Told us we had to eat away from the group. We were told there wasn't enough people in the kitchen to handle our orders. We asked what if more people came in off the street to eat then what would they do. He was irrate with us & the female employee told us she wasn't going to serve us & told us to move. Our server however was a very nice young man & he was very accommodating. We all said we would never eat at this establishment ever again.
Good service. Great food. Definitely a crowd pleaser for many tastes. Love the quality and atmosphere. Clean and friendly
First visits are always important because you are hopeful of finding a good place to eat so you can add to your "trustworthy" eating list. So Kaladi's for lunch was the first time for us and we rate it highly. It is not the easiest place to find and you have to be quick to make the turn into their parking lot. The bistro is clean, not too large and their lunch menu (as far as we were concerned) was adequate. This is not a piano bar and candle lit place but is comfortable with table and booth seating. My wife had a melt sandwich and fries which she liked and I had a hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy that I think was the best hot beef sandwich I've ever had while dining out. Melt in your mouth and the gravy was not overly salted which made the real mashed potatoes a treat. Not cheap but worth it. Service was good, food came to the table in timely manner. We'll go back.
table of five. one parties order was cooked incorrectly and had to send back. cancelled order because took to long to get correct. everyone's hash browns were undercooked. would not go back for breakfast
Very delicious and filling. The hamburger buns are homemade. The burger is amazing. The pickles and other toppings are fresh and crisp.
Stopped by for brunch on a Sunday. Menu had a good variety of options other than no Benedicts or Hollandaise. I had the "brorrito". Was flavorful, but could have been bigger. The hashbrown portions also seemed light. (I've recently visited waffle house multiple times..$3.50 for a double order.. so maybe a bad comparison). The assorted fruit was refreshing. This was my first visit, plan to stop again for lunch or dinner.
Absolutely shocked how amazing the food is here. Who would guess that a coffee shop would serve some of the best lunch and dinner meals in the entire Sioux Falls area. Have so far enjoyed in the past few weeks their Italian sandwich, salted Carmel cheese cake, steak pasta, salmon and can't wait to keep trying anything and everything off of their menu.
Nice place. Came here for lunch and was busy. Husband ordered gluten free bun with his sandwich and when it came out it was a regular bun, so we had to wait for them to remake it. There was only one waiter, so he had a lot going on. Food was pretty good.
I’m in visiting from Augusta Ga , and I must say I loved it here . I got the ham bacon scramble panini with hash browns and it was sooo good . Everything was cooked to perfection . Also loved the mimosa . I definitely will be back when I visit again. Big thanks to Morgan. She was very nice and attentive .
