I come to this location often. Always clean great service. Today was the first time iv seen the manager smile though. Shes a super nice lady but always seems worried was nice to see her smile. Hope she knows she's doing a great job!

Meh. They're alright, but the service is so bad I stopped going. Basically a bunch of weird college girls, some trying to flirt, others being morose. Their attitudes are inconsistent, likely because they're emotional. Really unenjoyable to go in here and unhelpful and unfriendly. I can make my own at home for a fraction without the socially inept weirdos who don't know how to act. They must be making good money money get away with such poor human interactions. Always a bother, never a flattering experience. They don't deserve your business in my opinion. Its just a smoothie, and nothing special. Also, the menu doesn't explicitly tell you prices so if you're new and its higher than you thought it's again due to the employees not caring enough to explain how things work. Minimum wage workers who are worth barely that. Next! I'm used to being well liked everywhere I go, so it's weird when people react to me like I'm bothering them. This is known by others as well. Snotty losers need am attitude check but hey, ill just settle with never going here again.

Product is always amazing and the service was fantastic!
You might get what you ordered and you might not. They are so accustomed to having customers except whatever is give to them that they disregard details at times. They don't realize that many customers won't complain. They'll just stop doing business with them. It explains why these stores aren't packed like they should be. Plus to much emphasis is put on speed. The process itself is fast so there's no need to push for those extra seconds. Great product but less than shinny service.
