Turn down your music. Guests are literally screaming over your music because it's so loud, we can't hear anything the workers are saying unless they yell and most of the workers are practically horse from yelling over this all day.Other guests have stated this in their reviews as well.Sorry for posting this by accident to the 10th st locations google page. I used to love getting sandwiches from Jimmy Johns. Just got my usual #12 today and will not be going back until they fix things! The sandwich was less than even remotely good. I am pretty sure it was supposed to have turkey on it, but I couldn't find any. I thought it was bad when the country started going to hell, but now Jimmy Johns too. Sad, sad day...... :-(
I always tip and the one time I rushed my order on the app and forgot to tip I get this passive aggressive crap on my receipt. Not acceptable as I always tip on my orders it was an honest innocent mistake I didn’t on this one.

I got veggie sandwich today, sandwich didn't taste fresh neither the bread as compared to other Jimmy johns in the city. I also had similar experience in the past at the same location of Jimmy John when I ordered Turkey sandwich, meat inside the sandwich tasted very bad. I will never go to this place again.Wish I could give 0 review to this location.
