Menu was lengthy so there's lots of options. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. They do tend to over lettuce some of the options so just ask that they cut down the amount of lettuce if your dish has it. The staff was friendly and the service accurate if not a little bit slow on big orders. They also don't have horchata which I wish they'd add since it is very authentic and tasty!
Coming from California, we have acquiesced that we will not have Mexican food as good as at home. Inca isn't bad at all. Just had to get used to their Americanized version of Mexican food. We enjoy the chili Relleno and the enchiladas. When ordering to-go food, we have been shorted an item or two a few times, and they are very nice about replacing it.
Best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. It was very authentic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Never had to wait for refills on our drinks. The chips were so light and delicious. Must try if you're in Sioux Falls!!
They give you a small bowl of salsa with your chips. Although good, I would like to see at least a bowl for each person at the table - especially during a time with covid I thought this would be the norm. I asked for 2 more sides of salsa and the waitress only brought 1. I'm not sure if she understood me because she barely spoke a word of English.Our party of 3 ordered our food from our waitress and waited a normal time to get our food. She didn't check on us once, but made sure to check on the table behind me 2 times during their meal. Although the food was good, it was lacking in portion size and it seems like every time I go here there is something off about the service. I'm not going back as their are much better Mexican restaurants around town for a better price and portion size.
The staff was absolutely amazing. They made sure our wait wasn't long and we were seated very quickly despite the time of day and being shortstaffed. The food was delicious and was very filling as well. I will be coming back to Inca!
We highly recommend Mexican food from Incas. The staff is polite, attentive, and always smiling. Never disappointed when we eat here. The chicken fajitas are absolutely amazing!!
My picadillo burrito was awesome! The best burrito I have had in years. Chips were good. Cheese dip and salsa had a decent kick. Good experience. We will be back!

Absolutely great food that's also affordable. I ordered the seafood burrito and it still has me full after 4.5 hours being passed. Everything was fresh and the server was attentive. The chips and salsa were also delicious. First time I've came here and won't be the last.
