Had an asiles online order for pick up at7:30. Got the text that it was ready. Arrived sent Here text waited 25 minutes and nothing. Went inside no one in the asiles office. Had to wait for a store manager. She said they don't have anything to do with that and I would have to come back tomorrow. I don't live a block away that I can just stop by when they feel like getting my groceries. Very disappointing. I just want my money back so I can shop elsewhere.
I called the store directly to order an arrangement for my brother-in-law's funeral. I feel like the designer really listened to my wishes. We dropped off some personal items to be included in the arrangement. I could not have been more pleased with the beautiful basket arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home. Spot on!
Ordered from the mealtimes to go tonight. Normally we love Hy-Vee but we won’t be ordering thru this service again. Our sushi was clearly not freshly made. Worse than that is our potstickers were frozen solid. We called in to ask if the potstickers always come frozen and we were told no, but to just microwave them and they’d be fine. No offer to fix the problem or refund our money. Very disappointing.
