Mongolian so good, even my husband likes it! It took a few days to convince him to come here and by the end of it he loved it!!! Wonderful hospitality and watching the guys at the grill make for a wonderful visit! I wish I could just come here all the time!
Fresh and delicious - make your own bowls buffet-style and then watch while your food is prepared on the grill. Can't wait to return. Great music too!
I have to say thank you Stacy m and ur husband for making my son and I feel welcome. We had come in celebrating my sons graduation from OT and speech therapy. It had been almost a 2 year process. she waited on us and was so kind. her husband heard of my sons accomplishment and actually did a show on the grill and dedicated it to my son. It was very heart warming, not many places are accepting of people with special needs and they were more then accepting. Both of them came to the table and spoke with us multiple times, and even paid for a peice of chocolate cake for dessert. Thank God their are people like them in this world. I highly recommend huhot on 41st if u have disabled or have a child who is special needs. I also have no problem bringing in my service dog. A+ and they definitely need a raise....
I haven't eaten here in 20 years (pretty much since it opened). It wasn't as good as I remembered. And, for the amount we paid, we should have gone elsewhere for better environment. The staff was hustling, for sure, but the dining room was kinda dingey, music was too loud for conversation, and the buffet areas - while well stocked - were crowded and not as tidy as I'd prefer for a buffet. The traffic flow is too tight around the buffet areas. For the meal and drinks, we paid $20/person and the experience was just okay.
We got seated surprisingly fast for a Friday nite. Two of us were newbies. I loved my meal. And I loved the payment app. Waitress great kept drinks full
Sit down service where you pick your options and load your own bowl then they cook it for you while you stand there then you take it back to your table. A good mix of options and the lunch menu is all you can eat so you can go back up for another bowl if you want. They don't do fried rice though but otherwise its great food and tastes great because you pick exactly what you want. My dish was done to perfection and was excellent.
I was in a couple days and sat at the bar. The savory food was very satisfying. The atmosphere was pretty laid back which is quite the contrary, because I frequent this location and it’s usually packed to the gills! The bartender Jordan, was very attentive, friendly, and assertive. She was fast at getting my drink, quick to offer me Crab Rangoon (which are DELICIOUS) and just overall had a very good vibe. I was kind of in low spirits when I came in because I had lost my cell phone but she was very quick in uplifting my spirits! 5 star experience Love it here! Can’t wait to go Back!!
I've come here quite often and I'd say it is my favorite restaurant by far. A Large takeout bowl or unlimited trips to the buffet will definitely leave you sated and happy. with so many sauce, vegetables, and meat options there'll be something for everyone.
HuHot is always a good "go to" place for lunch/dinner. Service is always quick as you pick your own bowl. Kinda like a buffet. Beef, pork, (crab), mild/hot sausage, mussels tonight.GB, onions, hot/ mild peppers, cabbage, mushrooms, pineapple, corn, broccoli, spinach, sprouts, water chestnuts, potatoes.Always get the bowl of rice.And make it ?!!Good stuff.
Used to be better. Sauces were flowing into each other. Meat was cooked good but veggies always seem a little raw. I am sure they would cook them more on request. Wasn't too busy. Nice meat and noodle selections.
