We stayed at this location Aug 6-7. This hotel has a lot to offer and I can see many pros to staying here. It is downtown and close to restaurants and within walking distance to Falls Park. I don’t know that I would walk to Falls Park next time as it didn’t feel safe, (but that is being downtown and not the hotel itself). The pool area was really neat with lights and a good blend of shallow and depth (8 ft). The staff working were super-very welcoming and warm. The suite was neat in that it had a lot of room and it was comfortable- but it seemed like it was really trying to be fancy and not succeeding. 2 bathrooms were nice but would have preferred one with a jacuzzi style tub, and the vanity in one had water damage. It was more per night then the roomy cabin we stayed in the previous nights to this. It was right off the elevator and people were loud getting off it off and on throughout the night. The road noise outside was horrendous as well and I didn’t sleep well despite the comfy beds (not sure what could be done with this aside from better insulation for noise). So I would say average hotel with both good and not as good ? I’m a fairly light sleeper so for me the noise was primary factor for lower rating

Let’s start with the good. The hotel is worth staying at for 2 reasons. The customer service was really good and the bar area had good food and good drinks. Servers were great. Now for the bad . Let me say this was my experience and does not necessarily mean you should not stay here. It’s centrally located and nice bars near by. The first room they gave me was horrible, handicapped room , smelled mold and sewage and dirty. Room located above trash compactor and at corner of building next to busy street. When the bars let out it was horrible. You can hear every car. Second room the cleaning was incomplete. Dirty custodian towel let behind and someone’s cell phone. There was a huge I mean huge crack in the ceiling that felt very unsafe.3rd room was much better , shown below. I’d stay here again but never on the lower floors on the East side of the building. Stay higher floors and no handicapped rooms unless you need it! Finally I will say again the customer service was good they refunded hotel fees and gave me enough vouchers for the bar and restaurant that I basically ate free each night. Well not free but close. So that made up for it.
This was in a perfect area to stay near everything. The dinner was amazing rooms are great however they didn't have enough toilet paper in bathroom and when we were going to eat Breakfast and they seated us fast but then we sat and sat and about 15 minutes later we decided to leave noone came and helped us. When the person sat us he saw me leaving and he said are you coming back I said no we never got waited on so bye. We went to Cracker barrel and it was really good. So I would recommend the stay but not for breakfast.
The rooms are nicely appointed. Love the Dove soaps and toiletries. Our room faced the parking lot which was fine except at night when the bars let out. It was nice to have a balcony, but I would ask to not face the lot. They do have ear plugs in the room so that is your sign it might get loud. So if you need absolute quiet, this is not your hotel. No free breakfast, but they do give you a coupon for the restaurant which is great.
The front desk people are awesome. Great hotel and wonderful restaurant adjacent to the property. There is a free shuttle to the airport and back. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for other travelers. It's close to the airport but the planes are not annoying.
Room was much smaller than the stock photos showed, but it was very clean and quiet. Meal is restaurant was extremely good. Did not see any signs of any kind of breakfast other than the restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Online pricing doesn't show three taxes added on when paying.
I loved the staff here at the hotel, the bartenders were so sweet and so funny. The drinks were amazing too and the vibe at the bar is really upbeat and fun. I ordered a to go order and it wasn’t great but the customer service made up for what the food lacked. I would suggest going to the restaurants around the hotel but for a couple of drinks and good conversation the bar is definitely the place to go.
Good location - very easy walk to downtown. Lots of cool local shops, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity. Kind of like an old Holidome on the inside with pool & hot tub. Rooms small, but clean. Weird amount of space between the toilets and the wall which made the bathrooms very cramped.
I’m an airline employee. Have been staying here for 34 years. I love the staff, service, food. They recently have started updating the rooms. I love the location to walk over town.
