It's changed. Foam plates, plastic spoon and fork. No knife. Elegant chives buffet; I don't think so. Had to tear apart the roast beef with fork and fingers. There was no breaded shrimp.
Food is pretty good its an American-Chinese buffet I don't know how well that puts it in perspective. It's quite pricey now days but what else isn't I hope they fix the prices on take out I really do think that's one of my problems with this place. Otherwise pretty good. Just forgot they don't really clean the restrooms I don't come here very often and I don't know if it's my luck but it's always dirty I honestly waited until I arrived home to use the bathroom because it was that bad sometimes.
Clean place and hot food but, behind in progressing out of the pandemic. Still has foam dishes, cups, and flimsy plastic utensils 05/25/22Price is fair but, noticed at the front desk if your party is 7 people or larger an automatic and mandatory 12% tip is added to your bill which is kind of insane considering we interacted with the staff a total of 3 times -to be seated and order drinks, drinks brought out, and to pay our bill- no refills offered, no checking in on food quality and the place was pretty dead. Not disappointed, left with full bellys but if you're a larger party I'd explore other options.
WORST FOOD AND SERVICE EVER! When we first got there me and my brother were in the restroom my mom and sister sat at the table waiting for us to get back. They got there drinks but I was stuck with water! They never came back to confirm a drink order for me! The food was disgusting and mushy. The rice was hard and crusty. They didn’t even come to refill our drinks. They wanted our empty plates and literally snatched them out of our hands almost knocked over my drink. Then they proceeded to come bothering us to leave because it was almost 10 and the staff wanted to leave by 10! While we were sitting we noticed something on the wall, IT WAS MOLD! (Photos attached) “I would give you a 0 but that’s not possible so I give you a 1!”
We used to love this place but now that the plates, cups, and cutlery (we also only got a fork and a spoon...) is made out of plastic I don't really want to go back. I saw the big container full of just plastic and was shocked. Maybe the reason is hygiene but.... wouldn't bacteria and such also be cleaned off when you just clean plates with hot water? Most of the food is okay, some things are good. I wish there were more vegetarian Asian options (maybe instead of typical American dishes). Three stars only because of the very good sushi.
I used to eat here frequently when we lived in Sioux Falls eight years ago. Went back this week and the food is still great. And they even remembered me and greeted me with a smile after all this time. If you're not very hungry, their to-go buffet option is pretty good. I think it's still about $6/ pound for lunch.
We had a great time it was our second time coming here both times we had a great time..food was great they had a little of everything
as always I always always enjoy the food. There is such a vast variety that I can go in and not eat the same thing twice for a while. However I do have to say that I'm a bit disappointed that there isn't much chicken in the pepper chicken dish. It has so much bread that goes around it that if there is chicken in there find it. I understand prices are up but guess what you're not reducing my prices for not having much meat in your dishes. This was such a disappointment. Let's bring back to meet! Otherwise the staff was awesome. And the place was clean.
This is my favorite place to eat. I travel from Marshall Minnesota every week just for this buffet... 3:00 can't come soon enough and I am on my way there... never thought I would go to a bibachi buffet and see prime rib on the buffet... I would proudly recommend the Sioux falls hibachi grill and Supreme buffet to everyone looking for the greatest place to eat...
Food was ok, nothing crazy but satisfactory. The service was a little poor, we only got seated, given drinks and then we paid. It was hard to understand the employees as they spoke very quiet and quickly, along with some having strong accents. There was no plastic knives so we couldn't cut our food. The place was dark and a little dirty. Also, a lot of the serving utensils were used across multiple dishes which poses issues with cross contamination.
