Pizza was delivered later than expected but it was hot so that's all that matters. Delivery driver was friendly. Godfather's has the best crust and great deals.
If I could give zero stars I would.We ordered a few weeks ago, our order was wrong and missing items. I called and they placed a credit on our account to make it right. Great. I was happy with the resolution.Today, we call and place another order. Confirmed the credit was in our account and placed our order. Paid for the delivery service fee which was totally understandable and I wanted to be able to tip the driver. Get our order and missing our entire order of breadsticks. So I call again. They said they would send someone out with them. Awesome. Rectifying the situation.10 minutes later we get a call saying since our credit was used (Somehow one large 2 topping pizza is $30) we would have to pay to order the breadsticks.....but yet I wouldn't have been charged for them before since she told me I would only be charged for the delivery fee.HORRIBLE customer service. Very disappointed and we will not be ordering again.
First I ordered on their app Jan 2nd at 5:55 for pick up and it said 2 hours! 2 HOURS FOR PICK UP!!! Called and canceled it right away. Called on the 4th because they still charged me for the pizza I didn't get. Manager said she would talk to someone, get back to me and get it taken care of. Nothing. So called again on the 8th... talked to same lady and got told basically the same thing and again.... NOTHING. Still never got my money back. And yet I was stupid enough to order on their app again. Ordered at 5:56 the ETA was 6:45. Called at 7:20 because I still hadn't recieved my pizza. Was told basically they didn't tell people it would be 50 minutes (would be longer don't remember how long they said they tell people) to get their pizzas even though that's what the app said. Finally got it at 7:45. Great place... great ppl. Definitely good at keeping their word to customers. Wish I could give negative stars
Sat and waited in the drive thru for almost an hour for our pizza last night. Then, when we get home there are less than 10 pepperoni's on it. You need to do something different.
2 and half hours wait and it was late with no call, high lack of communication, and pizza was left out getting cold waiting for delivery. One of my worst delivery experiences ... I don't know what happened with this...
Got started what is a multi-visit job. Squid's the best! I found her by searching local talent and viewing their work. She has some stuff out there that brought me to her. Very talented. So glad to get started, and she is everything I was hoping for!!
I ordered my food at 6:30 for pick up i was told 25 minites im still here at the carry out window waiting....hungry have a child to feed and get to school in the morning...kind of disappointed. Crystal if this is how you spell her name with orange hair is nice though
Order my pizza online direct, they do not have GrubHub. The pizza was great and on time.
Ordered a pizza over the phone, and hour and a half later a door dash driver calls me looking for my house, Come to find out they incorrectly typed my address in & he had driven to the other side of town. I attempted to call in 4 times only to be sent to a “manager” that never picked up. Super frustrating when the customer suddenly becomes the middleman between godfathers and DoorDash. I didn’t even order through DoorDash! Eventually was able to get through to the store where I just figured I’d cancel rather than get a cold pizza. So here I am 2 hours later, still hungry. How long has pizza delivery been around? You are doing something wrong!
Came here to pick up a door dash order, I understand it's busy, but no communication, their delivery driver took the order I was there to pick up, so not only did I screwed on the order but I sat here for almost 40 minutes for nothing!!!!!
