I eat at this Five Guys about once a month. I order on the app and go in to pick up. Upon arrival, they announce to the cooks that I am there for my pick up and they make sure my fries are made fresh upon my arrival each time. I eat gf and the burgers can be made in a lettuce wrap which I always find crisp and fresh. Always delicious and always appreciate the fast and thoughtful service! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Massive shout out to the sweet guys working tonight at Five Guys on Minnesota! We arrived twenty minutes to close to order burgers and fries as a birthday dinner after a long night of parent teacher conferences. While the amazing staff could have been put out or annoyed to have an order so close to closing, they were instead welcoming, patient and kind and had our to go order made to perfection in no time! Not only that, but this is, by far, the cleanest burger place I’ve ever visited! The bathrooms were sparkling clean, the tables were perfect and even the floor and open kitchen were spotless after a long day! When we apologized to the staff for ordering so late, they were so sweet and told us they appreciated our business and they hope we come again soon! What a fantastic team Five Guys has here in Sioux Falls! We will absolutely be back again soon!

Stopped by for my first Five Guys burger and fries. After looking over the expensive menu, I chose a burger with a side of fries. The fries were made out of a fresh potato, sliced and fried, they were pretty good, but the burger on the other hand. The burger seemed under cooked and really greasy, almost slimy. All I can say is how did this chain get popular, it wasn't the hamburgers I'm thinking. Do yourself a flavor favor and go down 10th street to Burger Time for a cooked on the grill , Smokey flavored, delicious hamburger, oh there"s a Burger Time on west 12th too and they are both real good places for burgers.
