Love there subs I have celiac disease they are so accommodating , they have the best buns in town .
The subs USED to be great at this location... well that sure isn't true anymore. I ordered 2 subs, and the bread was old, crunchy, and crusty. The meat is majorly skimped on compared to previous experiences. Paying a premium price for those subs deserve premium quality. Don't expect premium at this firehouse subs location.
I ordered a hook ladder sub without mustard and mayo but they did not take it off. I called them and while explaining the situation the person who was on the line said nope you did not say no mustard and no mayo, then she just hung up on me. I’m shocked with their costumer service.
Great change of pace getting a hot sub sandwich. Not quite as fast as a different sub shop, Firehouse Subs serve a hot sandwich for your meal. They have a large selection of sandwich’s to choose from. I like the Engineer the best. The store was VERY CLEAN INCLUDING THE RESTROOMS!!Plenty of parking for everyone. If you haven’t been here yet I feel your missing out.
It's good if they get your order right. Husband had the wrong bread and mine was missing ingredients
This Firehouse location was pretty good at one time. Ever since COVID hit, their quality has suffered. Never huge things, but a lot of little annoyances, hence why they still have three stars from me.They’re always friendly and never rude, even when busy. I appreciate that. They’ve always gotten my order right on the receipt, and I always enjoy “rounding up” to give a little extra to firefighters/EMTs/etc.However, their sandwich crew is another story. 75% of the time I visit, they forget toppings I ask for. One time, they left off all the toppings altogether. The next time, they left off what I asked them to, and half the others that I actually asked for. I am not asking for bizarre combinations either; lettuce, tomato, cheese. This last time, they left off just the lettuce, off a sub type that has lettuce by default.Mistakes happen, we’re all human. I also understand its harder to find decent help post-COVID. However, 75% failure rate is unacceptable, even if this was a drive through (and this is not a drive through). This is even frequently when it is not busy (I was one of two people in the business at around 2:00pm this last time).TLDR: Post-COVID, the people working here that assemble the sandwiches do not pay enough attention to your order, and very frequently screw up toppings you ask for.
The food is good, but the amount you get varies. You never know how much you are going to get each visit. We've even ordered two of the same sandwiches at the same time. One would have barely any meat, and the other would be loaded.
Food was good however it took 45 minutes to get it with three people working.
Always been a fan of this place no more. Waited almost 45 minutes to get my sandwich. Get it it’s crispy and just thrown together. I spent $12 and couldn’t even eat it. The problem is those 2 employees were swamped. No help and super busy. I don’t blame them blame the management for making those poor gals try to do the work of 4 people. Get some help or close the store before you lose all your regulars like me.??
I was not expecting the sandwich to warm.It was very good. I went with my husband and sister in-law they were happy with their too. The only problem was that they were little slow. But could been taken care of take out. I would go again.
