Seared duck with mushrooms here is one of the greatest meals I've ever had. Huge portion and the best fried rice. Owner always makes us laugh and she is a genuinely nice person. Also, top pho soup in Sioux Falls!
I ordered 2 shrimp vermicelli, which were $13 originally and added chicken. The woman at the front asked if I wanted to add eggrolls and suggested curry because it tastes better, I said sure without asking the price.........the add ons cost a total of 16 dollars!! I asked why the food was so expensive and she said the eggrolls were $7.50, the chicken $4.00 and the curry $4.00. Curry is 4 extra dollars......Curry!! Compared to the other vietnamese restaurants in town, this was highway robbery. I felt scammed out of my money, won't be returning.
Fong is the bestHad v21 chicken salad add curry. The best salad I’ve ever eaten. I seriously could eat it every day! Never had a bad meal or experience at this place. Totally worth the trip from anywhere in town.
The lady that runs this place is a very nice, hard working lady who takes pride in her work and what she does. People should try to understand that different cultures speak and come off differently and it doesn't necessarily mean they are rude. The language is different and can come off short and rude, but its a language and culture difference. She didn't have a phone when she grew up and didn't have the means to communicate before she came to America like we Americans have. She has always provided fresh and delicious food and always says thank you for coming to see her. This is the only Chinese food place we will eat at and the experience has always been great! She has a 4.5 overall rating and I think that speaks for itself ?
My family loves the authentic food and service. We enjoy conversing with the owner every time we go. She is very inclusive of all her guests and makes us feel very welcomed. We have only been to her restaurant a few times, but we are treated like we have been long term customers. We highly recommend Dynasty Restaurant!!
I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Their menu prices have not been updated on their website. This was our first time ordering. We ordered 5 meals off the lunch menu which should've come out to $42. We go to pick it up and she tells us it's $95!!! My husband asked to cancel the order due to the ridiculous price and went to walk out and she chased him and yelled at the cop eating inside to chase my husband because he cancelled his order, which is clearly not an illegal thing to do. Luckily, the cop was wonderful about the whole situation and even paid for half of our bill, proving there are still a few great people still left in this world. Needless to say we will definitely not be returning to this restaurant and I hope that woman behind the counter takes a good long hard look at herself and realizes how ridiculous this was! The owner lady is so rude. Extremely disrespectful to the customers. While we were sitting waiting for our dine in order at the booth, we watched her chew out a lady who walked in to place a to-go order for not calling ahead of time (seriously?). Then also got upset with us for where we placed our beverages on the table; yelling that she was going to knock them over because they weren’t far enough back on the table for her (again, seriously?). I quietly told her I felt she was being a little rude, she proceeded to announce to the entire restaurant that we thought she was rude and “she was just loud, that’s how she talks.” We just moved to this side of town & were excited about a Chinese restaurant close by, but no thanks we won’t ever be back. We’ll drive 20 minutes to a place with appreciative staff. Don’t worry; the owner will probably respond to this review and let you all know she’s not rude. Take it as you wish.
The furniture the carpet the tables were all very nice. Service was timely and the food was very good. The homemade signs were a little bit tacky. The owner server lady comes off as a little gruff and at first you might think she's being mean. She just talks loud but is very nice. I would recommend eating here.
I absolutely LOVE this place!! The food is amazing and the owner is so nice! She always makes sure our food is on time and that we have our drinks! She is really friendly and always makes good conversation!
Food was really delicious. There were no prices on the menu I found online so I ended up ordering way too much food and the price was pretty high for take out (in my humble option). I would recommend going to the restaurant and looking at the menu before you order (or fining a menu on line with prices) and maybe someone can answer your questions about menu items (not willing to answer questions on the phone). They were very speedy getting my order ready.
