Maybe pay your employees better so you get better workers and high standards from your employees. I will never go here again, service is beyond terrible and customer service is non existent. Apparently cooking pizzas is complicated. When you start to place an order it says that it will be 20 min to pick up, when you finish your order it gives you a longer time of 30-40 minutes. I showed up at the restaurant to pick up my pizzas AFTER the pick up time given on text message, they hadnt even started to cook it yet. Go back out to my car, wait 20 minutes, finally says its ready for carside delivery. Nope, they let the countdown timer expire and just leave me waiting in my car with my 2 year old. Go inside AGAIN to check what's taking so long, apparently they forgot the ONLY ingredient on my pizza so they were remaking it, but just gonna leave me waiting in the car while my other pizza sat getting nasty. No apology, no offer of a refund or anything. Worst service ever.
I got to the store at the approximate time and they didn't even make my pizza yet. So I decided to wait, we ended up waiting 25 minutes to get our food. When we get home, its not what we ordered. My order was suppose to be a meat lovers and a Supreme without olives. No one likes black olives yet it was covered with a lot of them. I don't think I'll be calling this location again.
Place is always busy. Make certain your order is cooked completely before leaving with your order. Manager very nice when resolving the order issue.
I enjoy the pasta and wings but I wish the wings could get a bit more cook time. They always come out a bit mushy but with a little more time in the oven they would be tastier. I can't comment on the pizza as I know good pizza and it's not in this part of the country.
2.5 hours and still waiting.. oh and they won’t even answer the phone.
Horrible experience. Just moved to this area and wanted pizza for game day. I am working today so had to do delivery. They forgot my 2 liter. No mushrooms or tomatoes on my pizza. I tried to call 7 times now & just beeps. I would love someone to call me back & actually resolve this! Clearly from my experience and the other reviews you will not be picking up your phone. What a joke & will never order from this location again!
If I could give it zero stars I would! The worst experience two times in a row and now I am done. The last time I ordered, I submitted the order online and it took close to two hours to get the food. I have worked in food service in the past and am understanding but they didn't even provide an explanation. Today I decided to give them another shot but then the online service was giving me errors so I called the local store using the local number. It directed me to an international call center and when I asked to be transferred to the local store the lady that answered had me on the phone for close to 30 minutes repeating my order and then said she would need to get her manager to help. I said forget it and decided to go with somewhere else. Sorry Dominos you lost a customer this evening.
The best pizza ever I love all the food there the pasta all of it and the pizza isn't that spendy so all and all great place
Horrible store. 2 hour wait. Nobody will answer the phone. It just gives you a busy signal. Can't cancel online. I had to drive to the store to cancel. Never again.
Ordered a pizza. Wanted curbside service. Did the tracker for my pizza and let them know that i was there. I arrived 2 minutes after they said it would be done. Waited another 20 minutes and still didn't have my pizza so i called. The guy said my pizza was on the way out the door. What I received was two pizzas because they messed up the first one so they gave me the messed up pizza and what was supposed to be the correct pizza. Was not correct. Do to allergies, both pizzas got thrown away. Plus I ordered 3 garlic butters and didn't receive them either. I live 45 minutes away so why bother calling them. Waste of my time. So disappointed.
