I waited a while before I was even greeted even know some one was standing in front of me at the register then my food was placed in a box by an employee that had no gloves on I’ve been waiting for about 15 min now
To start there was only one person inside eating and one in the drive through. 7 employees working in total one manger, one at the counter, and five in the back. A large family of 8 came in five minutes after we had ordered. They had got there food before us. Our order was not complicated at all we had 2 number 1’s. After waiting another 5 minutes we decided to goto the counter and there it was sitting there under the heat lamps. Food was not good at all. I’ve had better food when I worked at a school. Not going to this location anytime soon.
Got a milkshake here and it tasted correct, but it was thin and watery like melted ice cream
Ordered two kids meals with bananas as the side and I’ll let the picture speak for itself. That picture was taken as I pulled to the side right after the drivethru…literally a minute after they handed me the food! Knew INSTANTLY that they were bad as squishy as they were so you CAN NOT tell me whoever grabbed and put in the bags didn’t know. Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER be going back to this DQ again!!

Drive thru service was good, line was long but they got our order correct.
We love stopping at DQ for the occasional Blizzard but this DQ was horrible and the worst experience. The staff was very rude to us. Definitely not going back to this DQ
Great DQ. Been going here for years and always train staff well. The drive up line however gets insanely busy in the evening but if you want what you want, mobile phones make it easy to wait in cars now
To whoever made the medium and small cherry dipped cones at the drive through at 1:30pm today for my fiancé and I, I just want to say thank you. My cone was perfection. Shape was exquisite, the cherry dip shell was the perfect thickness, no thin spots to be found, kept its shape all the way to the end…magnificent. Either the creator of this masterpiece is a seasoned DQ vet, a modern day soft serve machine Michelangelo, master of their craft from years of hard work and persistence. Or it’s some young high school kid, with just an extraordinary amount of raw, god given talent, surely destined for great and amazing things. Either way, I am invested in your success, and will be sending karmic vibes to you, you amazing person you. I feel I will never eat another dipped cone like this ever again, but I will keep trying. Probably will try a little too often…. Thank you kind soul. Your work does not go unnoticed.
