Stopped twice in past month. First visit was at 8:30pm, after waiting in line 17 minutes it was my turn...I was told they were too busy and we're taking no more orders. All I wanted was ice cream. The 2nd time I was in line at 8:35 pm, after waiting 10", I was told kitchen was closed but could have ice cream. If drive thru is going to be open till 9:00 pm, then have everything available. (By the way, my blizzards we're NOT turned upside down.)Had I gone somewhere else, and not wasted my time I would have had what I wanted. Which I will do the next time I want something.
i ordered 4 chicken strips. we were sitting at the drive thru for 20 minutes with my food sitting on the counter the entire time. then the guy who had my food looked at us through the window, then walked out to give the other customer his food, With my food in his other hand. then proceeded to walk back in with my food and hand it to the kid to hand to us. the kid could’ve handed me my food the entire time and we sat there for nothing but cold food and being late
Worst spent 30 mins in line got the wrong food and then they just didnt seem like they care

Decent food but nothing outstanding. The A1 burger is solid.
I really dont like to complain. My wife ordered a hot fudge peanut butter malt with extra malt mix. What she got was hardly even frozen. It was more of a cold soup. Usually I would just take what I got and deal with it. But it wasn't for me. When our food came out to us I asked if they could remake it. The guy just stared at me didn't say anything, grabbed it from me and took it back inside. I get that no one is perfect, but it felt like we were going out of my way to inconvenience him.
