I've always came here whenever it is hot or humid out like today. I'm always welcomed with good service, I get to meet a friend who works there so that's a bonus, and everything I order is so delicious. My favorite favorite thing to get are the cheese balls!
Rude smart a** kids eating on the job. I threw my food out because i didnt trust them. Won't ever come here again and as i see from others reviews seems like supervisor/management of this particular store needs to be fired.
Sunday, March 27 at 2:00pm. We just waited for someone to take our order at the drive through and no one answered so we pulled up to the window. Four employees were inside and not one came to the window either. They were not busy. One worker was eating too. Hmm? Guess we’ll have to go where they want our business.
How could you not like this place! Unless you're allergic to dairy products or fast food... This one in particular is always clean, with fast and courteous service.... Yummy!
I assumed that this DQ was a popular place due to the long drive thru line (inside and outside dining is also available). What I discovered was this location was understaffed so the long line was mainly about long wait times. Once I started timing, my wait was about 20 minutes sitting behind at least two other cars. The order was taken quickly and the food was prepared well but I was hoping for a quick stop for some needed dinner and instead waited longer than I would have expected.
Foods great and quick… would of been 5 star if I wasn’t watching and employee eat a Sunday while preparing orders. Never mind my sprite it’s just carbonated water. One star
Food is good staff cleaninleness and friendliness could improve the health department should pay a visit to this place!
I have attempted to get in contact with the manager for the dairy queen located on East 10th street and sycamore ave. In sioux falls south dakota. I have left several messages and was told that my information was given and to expect a phone call in regards to the recent incident that myself and my family experienced. However it has been over a week now and still no attempt to contact me has been made. It is because of this that I and my family will no longer be patrons at any of your affiliated franchise chains. I will not be surprised to see your bottom line plummet on the near future. There is a standard to which a customer should reasonably expect when choosing a place to enjoy a family dinner. Courtesy is not too much to expect. The employee that I spoke with was ignorant and rude. Coupled with the fact that im not getting a response to my phone calls. It is apparent to me that my buisines is not appreciated. Have a good day
Tables were dirty. Fountain area was messy. We saw several people say their orders were incorrect. They were out of gravy during supper hour. One of our blizzards was not what we ordered and cone was stale. . Staff seemed friendly but first guy couldn't figure out how to put in our order.
Employees aren't familiar with their menu options and attempt to a la carte to overcharge. Also they doubled down when questioned about the accuracy of the order. Will not return to this store because never had this experience at the other ones. Recommend driving the extra distance to avoid the numerous hassles I and others experienced here. Do better DQ
