My kids love this place! Great customer service everytime we go.I think Brad helped us and he needs a raise.Best customer service ever!!! And it's very rare now a days.
Very nice employees there. My family was very happy with the quality of service as well as the delicious food! Will definitely come back again. One of the better fast food places in town. If you want a sit-down restaurant, it is totally open and welcoming for the family to the simply enjoy a clean place. Highly recommended
Went here for lunch for first time in a long time and it's exactly as I remembered. Food was good and biting into the burger was like a trip down nostalgia lane. Brings back good memories. Place was clean, service was good and fast, and food was excellent. Left that place a happy customer.

Excellent tenders and great service at the counter. An older new guy took my order and a young kid delivered!! A credit to culvers!!Three stars only because of a supervisor by the name of "Joe". A younger man with a definite attitude. Not polite to the customers or even to his fellow employees.But like I said other than that an awesome place to have a bite!!
I came here during my lunch break last week & only wanted something small. I ordered some cheese curds, a water & two mini concrete mixers. My water was given to me at the windows. The cheese curds came out only two minutes after I pulled forward. But my concrete mixers hadn’t come. They seemed pretty busy, so I waited. After 10 minutes I decided to just call & see if they were maybe just missed. Sure enough, they were. The lady I talked to over the phone was VERY apologetic & made fresh ones (despite me telling her she really didn’t need to). When they brought them out, they also gave me two coupons for a free regular size mixer!
The fish....The Cod is amazing at this Culvers. The breading was delightful. The pieces were bigger here and cooked better. Thanks!
Place was packed with lunch crowd. We went through drive-through. Food arivet fast. Best milkshake in town and butter burgers are great! This location highly recommended .

Highly suggest going to any Culver’s in Sioux Falls. They always have exceptional customer service. Today Amanuel helped me at the counter and I was ordering a burger a large fry and a concrete mixer (not a basket) and he proceeded to tell me how it was a better deal if I made it a basket. I love the attitude he had about work and how he was willing to help me with a cheerful attitude!
