My daughter says it's really really good! I am unable to eat these cookies cause gluten but my daughter was so excited to go in and try it out. The cookies can be ordered for take out but you can order one big cookie which they serve to you warm. We ordered the Oreo cookie which I am told is excellent. We asked about birthday cookies and I was told you can order cookies and a sticker that says happy birthday can be added but they don't decorate cookies beyond the standard order.
It was like a maze trying to get to the front door to Crumbl Cookies. The staff was helpful explaining how to order. Every cookie is rich in flavor and fits their names well. It was nice to experience the cookies and what a lot of people get excited over, but not sure I need to go back.
I am from Germany and have heard of crumbl cookies through YouTube, so I was excited to see it in SF! The store is clean and I love that I get to see the cookies being made. Everyone was nice and I liked that I could see what the actual cookies would look like. I also am a fan of the ordering and paying process! Would definitely recommend!
Loved every single cookie flavor this week!!!! The whip cream frosting on the chilled berries & cream cookie were my FAVORITE. So flavorful and the whip cream was refreshing. The waffle cookie was amazing warm tasted just like a sweet, classic waffle. The cheesecake cookie was very good chill and warm. I would have just liked some cherries with it to create a nice light texture with the heavy frosting. The triple chocolate chip was so so agood, if you like chocolate anyway. Amazing flavors this week!!!

The staff is so friendly and the cookies are amazing!! Come back every week to try the new flavors - you won't be disappointed! The chocolate chip and sugar cookies are delicious too!
Crumble Cookie's is an amazing place to go to. This place might have a long line when you get there, do it online for it to go quicker, it's worth the wait. If you do manage to be in the line forever. After the wait lol, the cookies are AMAZING. I would go to this place everyday if I wasn't trying to lose weight.
Absolutely wonderful!The cookies are large, yet perfectly cooked every time I've been through here. The flavors are incredible, and the staff have all been super friendly! No complaints whatsoever, and I'm very excited to go again!
Fantastic cookies...they are pricey but they are huge cookies. Made fresh and warm when they serve you.Different flavors. Key, lime, red velvet, snickerdoodle, classic sugar, pineapple, flavor of the day, Carmel corn, butter cake....All sorts.... too many to mention, get any of them ..everyone of them will make your toes curl.
Cookies may be good but were never able to find out. My order was never delivered. Looking at past reviews it would seem that your online ordering and delivery system doesn’t work. Have you tried to make improvements?? I called the day the order was placed and they said they would re-enter my order for their 3rd party delivery system. Nothing arrived. I have tried to call 5 times now and no answer, waiting up to 15 minutes before finally hanging up. Doing good business doesn’t stop at a tasty cookie. Sorry, will never order from you again.
