There is some neat items to look at in the store side and the food and the dining was excellent.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant. It wasn't that busy but it took forever to get our food and it was obvious that it had been setting a long time as the food was cold - not cool, but cold to the touch. We will not be back.
I really like being able to get reasonably priced meals as we travel. When I asked about gluten free options, the waitress was very helpful. She brought me out a flip chart with all the allergen info on it. I could easily see at a glance, which items were gluten-free. I was able to put together a meal that would be safe for me to eat. I knew that they make comfort food, which often has gluten in it. I was very impressed with their care for customers that have all sorts of allergy needs. They protected us by allowing us to make informed decisions and not relying on employees to know all the facts about different allergens.I didn't give them a 5 star because they used the excuse of the supply chain to excuse the fact that they didn't have honey delivered. With the fact of what they serve every customer being biscuits and cornbread, they should have been proactive and at least gone to the grocery store if a common item wasn't delivered through their normal companies.
Waiter was rude and wouldn’t sell a item from the store because it wasn’t in the computer even though it had a price on it
Haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in a while so it sounded good. As expected, there was about a 25 minute wait. After being seated it didnt take long for our waitress, Jasmine, to take our order. She was very personable and attentive. The wait for the food was a little longer than normal but it was worth the wait. Very tasty and food was hot. Jasmine checked on us a few times which we appreciate. Very nice evening out!
Amazed, Sioux Fall beat Sioux City on getting a CB and not only the fact stands, it is well kept, food is outstanding in quality and quantity than Council Bluffs and Omaha. Service was well on time and the staff is enjoyable. I definitely want to make this my main CB even though it is quite a drive at times. I definitely recommend for a nice meal anytime here!
Service was good, but the food was terrible. I worked for this company for almost 11 years and the quality in the food has dramatically gone down. The menu is 1/1000th what it was. Most of the servers looked like they rolled out of bed in their work clothes. Salad dressings were all wrong, a couple of food orders were wrong, but our server was sweet and not that old so she made grandma's 86th birthday special. I was expecting homestyle chicken to be what it was when I worked there but it seemed premade and hot held which made me sad. The walleye was not on the menu and that was my first choice, so I was pretty let down. I know COVID hit everyone hard but some standards are staples for the business.
Good food and serve was able to get a table right away. Food was hot and tasted good. The little store is a fun place to look around.

Love this place. Good food ,nice dining room decor and nice gift shop with a variety of items. I would like to see this business put a Cracker Barrel up in either Huron or Aberdee. Thanks. I recommend checking this business out if you have not yet.
