The beer is awesome. The location is great. People were cool. This was a great stop for the entire family with a wide and varied selection for every palette. The kids loved the board games and snacks while the adults imbibed freely. Cover Story was delicious. Stop if you can.
Covert is one of the best bars/breweries in Sioux Falls. I have performed aerial arts at their location and their owners are absolutely wonderful to work with. Their drinks are also so unique and delicious. Last time I had their seltzer and it was delectable. Their patio is great and the vibe inside is upbeat and welcoming. If you haven’t visited this Sioux Falls brewery yet, you are definitely missing out.
A true gem of a brewery in Sioux Falls! A fantastic staff and ownership. They made our family of 4 feel right at home. We visit a lot of breweries in our adventures and only rate the good ones, which this is it. If you are looking for the same old Stout, Brown, Pilsner, Ale, and Lager, this might not be for you. They are masters of the adjuncts. My wife loves sours and found a handful that she loved. I am more of a traditionalist that loves the addition of adjuncts. This was our haven. My favorite was the imperial stout with what I think was some cacao. All the sours were fabulous. From location to beers to service, this is a top notch brewery in the Midwest!
Best craft beer selection in Sioux Falls, hands down! Sours-Pastry & Fruited; Wild Ales & Stouts! They are way ahead of their time, beers that you wouldn’t normally see in the mid west! Delicious, chill atmosphere, strongly recommend coming here. A must stop if your traveling through the area!

Great selection of sour beers. They’ve got plenty of others if sour isn’t your thing, but if it is you’ll be pleased.
What a FUN place! The tap room is gorgeous and sun-drenched, and it just feels welcoming. We don't have a dog, but it's so fun to see all the other pups inside (and make new friends)! Sours are my favorite, and I have honestly never met a beer I didn't like here. Last time I was there, there were two outstanding plum beers and a key lime beer that were all truly astounding. Also - love their logo. The only thing that could make Covert better is a kitchen. ;) We'll keep coming back!
This place has very unique beers that taste exactly how they're named. Nice atmosphere and great service. Would definitely recommend.
