We had my 7 year olds birthday party there, and I was extremely impressed with our host, Wesley. He was so thorough, professional, and enthusiastic with the kids. He went above and beyond in every possibly way, and I feel like he made our experience amazing. Highly recommend - all the work was done for us! Thank you, Wesley!!
Amazing place amazing animatronics I hope they don’t do the 2.0 remodel for a while but the Chuck e didn’t come out on LIVE SHOWS no sky tubes but an amazing place GREAT JOB
Love taking my kids here, just would like more games to play for all ages, staff was friendly.
Everything was clean and staff was very friendly even being short staffed. Got our pizza super quickly and was cooked perfectly
The staff was super nice, attentive and amazing. The facility was clean and seemed to be constantly being cleaned. Highly recommend the staff, service and game selection. I would just say the salad bar left some to be desired. But having great service and great pizza was worth it.
I sorry how they will stay in business, it's always empty when we go, which is terrific for getting to play lots of games.Very clean and good service.A little spendy, but the kiddos enjoy it and that's what it's all about!
Don't care for the food, and it's expensive.But my son loves being able to play, loves the games, loves being able to interact with robot Chuck. The wristband and card that are reloadable are very convenient, I like that his points can accumulate. Would like to see more for bigger kids maybe.
Food was super over priced for cardboard pizza.. other than that the games were very entertaining for my 4 year old daughter.. thank you

Very clean, pizza was DELICIOUS, tons of games to choose from for all ages, courteous staff, flawless birthday party. This place is awesome! Perfect for indoor winter birthday parties. We all had a blast, no complaints.
