Waited in Drive through line for 20 minutes, expected it to be busy not surprised, however after being helped by an order taker, another order taker, a cashier, and a deliverer, I was not treated with the expected "my pleasure". I understand that they were VERY busy at the time, however the service standard I expect from them was not met during this experience.On my latest visit they completely turned it around. I walked in this time, waited only 5or6 minutes, and customer service was great. I was helped by Garrett (who's name tag said 'in training'), they did a great job, my order was perfect.

So delicious. Trying out the new spot in SF. Did not disappoint. Kimberly who took our order was amazing!! Nice, quick and efficient!! Will def stop here everytime I come!!

Friendly staff, even though they were busy our order was ready quickly and made accurately. Fruit cup was awesome, nice to have fresh fruit as a fast food option! Really nice in the store too, they have real flowers at all the tables. Will be back!

Place was very clean and the people were friendly. I had a chicken wrap and my husband had their chicken sandwich. My husband said his only complaint would be that the roll was steamed a little too much. Mine was excellent.

***5/6/22 I gave them another try and ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich this time.. but received the deluxe instead.. which means.. no bacon… it just isn’t getting any better. They never get my order right.***This location needs to step it up. This is the worst one I have been to since 1994. I worked at a CFA in high school and married into a family who had owned one. I lived in Atlanta where there is a CFA everywhere you go. I have never had my order wrong so many times before in all those years til this one. I have counted 6 times since Nov and only started complaining about the last 2 cuz it needs to get fixed. All I want is extra pickles people..It’s not that hard. I say extra and they take them all away.. also you need to change your oil and the bun wasn’t toasted.

+2 stars for great food! -3 stars for terrible service. Took 20 minutes to get ice cream in the lobby on a Tuesday at 8:30pm. There was only one person ahead of me so it was not busy at all. 5 workers behind the counter and only 1 acknowledged customers bc he was ringing up orders on the register. The other 4 were literally moving at snails pace and looking around. Seemed disorganized and didn’t know their roles.A father and son were waiting next to me for a drink refill. 4 workers saw them and it took them several minutes to acknowledge them and fill up their drinks.I even completed an online survey and was still waiting for my order…..just ice cream.I’m not looking for any compensation for my poor experience (I already got a free sandwich for a long wait here once before). I’m just really hoping for better service. Maybe Sioux City’s owner has some tips? They are lightning.

Obviously the food is good but this is the worst location I've been to in the 20 years I've had Chicfila. The staff is not friendly and there is always issues with the order. How do you forget drinks when 3 meals are ordered or put zero sauces in the bag when the order comes with 18 (6 each). Disappointed because the food is always on point and, at most locations, the service matches. Hopefully management gets things adjusted correctly but seems they could care less since they are busy regardless.Edit: also you do did not attempt to contact me until after this post. You actually emailed me there was nothing you could do to help me prior to me making this post. And when I called after your response to this review... Crickets.

Good food. Horrible drive through! We sat in the far lane to place an order for over 20 minutes. It should have been our time to place our order and we were continually skipped for 20 minutes as the lane closets to the building kept placing orders. There were 6 or 7 cars that skipped over our lane. Many people behind us got skipped as well. Not impressed at all.
