Still entered as recommends because it was my first try and I will always give another chance but was extremely disappointed in the Crack chicken pasta that I was very much looking forward to. It was extremely dry and almost no meat or cheese. Very bland as well. I don't doubt that this is not usually the case from everything I have heard, just wanted to share my experience and hope for a better one next time!

I bought my first meal from Chef Ellen's today. It was fantastic!! It was the Sunday Pot Roast Double....we can get at least 2 meals from it and it was SO good! Will definitely be back to try a few other things now!!

I ordered a Key Lime Cheesecake for my dads 60th birthday. It was phenomenal. This isn’t the first time I’ve had Ellen’s cheesecake but it was the first time I’ve had the Key Lime. The crust was amazing and the cheesecake was light and fluffy. Everyone at the party raved about it. Thank you so much!
I had Chef Ellen come to my Moms group a while ago and she is amazing! Her classes are incredibly helpful and she is so skilled! She is passionate about food and oh my her cheesecake is heavenly!! Definitely recommend Chef Ellen for all of your catering, baking, and classes!
Had the family size Crack Chicken, and was a little disappointed on how dry it was. I cooked it according to the oven directions, and there was no “sauce” to really speak of. I just added a little milk and it was much better.
