Any time I come through to get a mixed coffee drink, I'm asked if I would like an extra shot of espresso. I appreciate that and will always take the extra shot if asked. I can't tell you how nice it is to see a few gluten free options on the menu and I know if I'm in a rush, I can get something to eat here with few issue as they come prepackaged. I've never had an issue eating their gf items here and I appreciate it!

Loved the service and the conference room was a nice place to have a meeting or class, with a reservation of course.
Coffee is normally good and normally they get my order right, bit I'm lactose intolerant and asked for almond milk in my drink today. I assumed they made it correct, because they normally do, it tasted Sligh off but I figured I was just imagine it until a few hours later when my stomach started to turn. Please pay attention and make sure drink are made/put in correctly, because if not it can cause a lot of suffering

So happy to find a coffee shop open on the first of the year, but talk about unfriendly. And the coffee was aweful. Burned coffee was not the pick me up I was hoping for.
Can't customize bagel sandwiches and are overpriced.

Sat in DT line forever 25 minutes for order. 6 cars in front of me. Finally went inside to check on order. They had drinks sitting and waiting but nobody had a clue what was going on. They didn't know what people had ordered. I suggest with Starbucks being closed that service improves or it will go back across when they open up
