What?Edit: ordered iced-they accidentally did hot and threw ice in it
Just basic coffee, the drive through line can take a while, but if you order ahead on the app you can breeze through. My coffee was good, and the service was good. I think it was a little over priced but that's a corporate problem not a problem with this location
Wife and I frequent this caribou. Always friendly staff. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they have messed up our order a few times. Other than that, they are great!

bagels suck now. they used to be really good but now they taste cheap, really chewy, and reheated. done with einstein bagel. going to bagel boys next time!!!! i
Einstein's is not here anymore, but apparently it is too expensive to change the sign. Also now they can't substitute anything on any sandwiches, if you are picky like me...

Went to this location hoping for the breakfast sandwich I use to love. Even though I was reassured by caribou staff that these sandwiches are not just microwaved, here I was giving it yet another shot and the bagel was super hot to the point I had to wait to eat it and the bagel rubbery and very hard to chew once it was cooled down enough I would not severely burn my mouth. The fact that they went from making the breakfast sandwich when it was ordered, to being lazy and throwing it into the microwave is why I will no longer go to what used to be my favorite place. I love the turtle mocha but if I cannot get the sandwich I'll just be taking my business elsewhere
Coffee was fine. Worst customer service I've experienced in any establishment.
I appreciate this caribou and I always pick this one when I go because the employees are so nice and go out of their way to make me 2 pup cups for my crazy dogs. They are patient and kind even when the line is slammed and I respect that dearly. Only problem for me is that their HOT coffee drinks always taste a bit watered down so I get an extra shot of espresso to add that flavor back in. Also I love their croissants!!!
